Dollar Tree - Dollar store in Bridgeton - 11201 St Charles Rock Rd, USA

One of the cleanest stores to date and trust me, I've been to many states. Employees were all friendly and polite as they walked by you, while shocking shelves or checking your items out. So nice to see employees happy at work. Lately, customer service has gone down at a lot of businesses and people don't seem to be happy that they're working. What an awesome experience with this location!

The store was very clean and well stocked. This is the first Dollar Tree I've seen in St. Louise with self checkout registers. It was very convenient. I will definitely shop here again.

Took a while to get checked out but the employee was nice. They need someone to go outside and clean up the trash. There were bags and plastic cups, wrappers, bottles and all kinds of other things blowing around the parking lot. Kinda takes away from the appeal of the store.

There are employees walking all over the place. I asked for help and she told me I had to ask someone else. I did and she told me to go back to the one I started with. Then there are 10 people in the self check out line. One register was open with an actual employee and she said it was closed, that self check out was the only option. There are only 2 self check outs and one was card only and one was cash only. So now they have a huge line of people trying to pay cash with one self register. Meanwhile, the actual register with an employee is just sitting there making people walk to the self check out line. Extremely ineffective way to run a business. I did more work there as a customer as 5 of the employees standing around talking. If I could give this experience a zero, I would.

NEVER GO HERE. The woman working was horrible. Worst attitude and felt extremly mistrested. Saw she was open and had people in line. Rudely told me i wasnt allowed to be in her line and she was calling over customers and demanded i return to the line that was half way down the isle. She would call me when she was ready. By far the worse customer and shopping experince ive had in years.

This store seems to stay pretty empty at times or really busy and messy but for the most part you can find everything you're looking for at the cheapest price it does have almost like a whole grocery store section in it now as well.

Not sure what the reviews are talking about but Ive been going here for years and each time I stop in the store is cluttered and they dont really have much to choose from. Dollar Tree definitely needs to look into hiring a team to stock the shelves. Stuff looks picked over. Also, maybe throwing one cashier in the front to fend for themselves isnt the best option...BUT I do like the self checkout option.

The only thing they don’t carry that I wanted is the magnifying glass, but they had a fine variety of other items!
