Dollar Tree - Dollar store in Cañon City - 302 N 16th St, USA

Walked in around 12:20pm. One older lady working the register, never looked up and greeted anyone. Nobody else was around besides about 4 customers. I get back up to the register at 12:25, and there's a manager checking out a little old Man and another employee. The manager sees me and turns away from the register really quickly because he was done with that one customer. I waited at a different line for another 4 minutes behind a few people and then the line got backed up and he had to jump right back on the register and help me anyways. Which I made light fun at because I myself am a cashier. But in all my time working a register I've never seen a customer that needs helped and turn a blind eye to them. Also... When I said "ope, ended up having to help me anyways, hehe" he didn't even reply, didn't ask me how my day was going. Shot the total at me. Didn't even let me answer his question as to if I wanted my receipt. And then before I could say goodbye or grab my things from the counter, he already rudely rung up the next customer and told them their total too. Again without even asking them how their day is going. Short, rude, and right to the money point. What a waste of my time and money. I only spent 5$ today but normally I spend alot of my food budget in here. Won't be happening again anytime soon.

It's a decent dollar tree. But it is low on its stock a lot and does not have quite the selection that others do since it is fairly small. I still will go there a lot.

This is a typical Dollar tree. Nothing sets it apart from other Dollar trees. The store was clean and shelves were overall well stocked. They clerk was pleasant though obviously and experienced. Prices at Dollar trees recently increased to $1.25 with some Dollar tree stores having items up to or greater than $10. Still a good place to find bargains for some items. That's what we expected, some items are of low quality.

I go there every chance I get. I can find most items that I am looking for. I just wished that Cañon City had a super Dollar Tree....🤗

To Davina Warren or hower you spell your name you have the worst customer service or even employee service whatsoever. Yelling at customers from your box office to take it up with corporate is and will always be the worst option to take. So here I am on Google and and on the phone with corporate. I don't appreciate having to do this

They will overcharge you by scanning extra things, take your money, and refuse to give it back from THEIR MISTAKE. Terrible company. Horrible customer service. Dirty store.

Came in today 06/29/2021 and the 2 girls working registers at 6:30 pm were completely RUDE. The younger one who rang me up on first one closest to door didn’t say a single word to me. She was too busy talking to the girl at the other register. No hello, thank you, nothing to me. She would shove my bags very rudely to the side. My first time at this dollar tree and won’t go back because customer service is not a priority apparently.

Love this place most of the time but the older manager is quite rude, the other night bout five or three minutes before closing they were still checking people out and I ran getting two waters nothing else. (She’s rude even during the day like when people pick up dish orders. And they want to make sure the glassware isn’t broken) She was nothing but rude while the cashier was quite nice. The manager practically deafened everyone snarling over the intercom when I was up front bout to check out twice, yet she let some unsavory sorts in at 9. She still gave me a hard time when I had came in for exactly what I told her I was getting. If you’re so worried about closing don’t then let wandering druggies in. Prices and goods here are good but the staff can very rude at times and the place gets backed up clear to back of the store
