Dog Haus - American restaurant in Denver - 8316 Northfield Blvd #1610, USA

Not my favorite place and I'd probably not return. Though food was good, it wasn't great. I was really stuffed afterwards, and I didn't even eat everything. Their beer selection is extensive, so that's good. Lots of local taps, also good. Atmosphere: it's a hard surface area, with metal benches - not very warm nor comfortable. Service from bartender got the job done but wasn't super friendly nor welcoming.

The food was absolutely amazing. So good I got a second dog. The only down side was tipping ahead of time only to find out the only thing the employees do is bring the food out you ordered at the register. Everything else is on you.

Awesome burgers! Hot chick sandwich was also really good. Spicy, but not over powering. Little mule is my favorite burger here. You can add an extra patty, if you are feeling extremely hungry. The Hawaiian buns go great with the burgers. It's a cool place, so feel free to bring a crowd and you won't be disturbing anyone. They have ample seating inside and on the patio.

These hotdogs are amazing! There is quite a variety to choose from, so there’s something for everyone! I ordered the “downtown” and my cousin ordered the “cowboy.” we shared an order of tater tots and an order of french fries. The tater tot’s were crunchy and fresh. The french fries were just OK. I had a hankering for a hotdog, and this place did the trick! We drove pretty far out of our way to eat here and it didn’t disappoint.

Sausage in halved hawaiian buns is good but not great form factor when trying to eat a loaded dog/sausage. Fell part. Bartender was on it.

went here for a late lunch with some friends and the food did not disappoint. i had the cheeseburger with extra patty and a side of fries. oh man was the burger delicious. i was told they use hawaiian buns and was able to slice my burger into quarters. these burgers are absolutely monsters and was cooked a perfect mid rare. the fries were decent nothing to crazy but let me tell you. the onion rings are fantastic. next time i come here will definitely get the double patty cheeseburger with onion rings on a side note they have a bunch of beers on tap and is a great place to take a large crowd. 5/5 would recommend.

Quick breakfast stop, craving breakfast burrito, and ended up in the Dog Haus! Clean restaurant, staff was attentive and welcoming. Menu has extraordinary eats at a decent price. I went with the little mule breakfast burrito, which contained 3 sunny side up eggs, smoked bacon, tater tots, avocado, pickled jalapeños, white American cheese, cotija cheese, and chipotle aioli. From the first bite to the last, this burrito was amazing. The eggs were cooked and wrapped perfectly in the tortilla, yolk still intact until you gave them a bite. Bacon gave good smoky flavor while the jalapeños gave a kick of prefectly pickled spice. Tater tots with American cheese gave it that suttle yet classic breakfast taste while that cotija enhanced it to a Mexi mix flavor, chipotle aioli just topped everything off to make you keep wanting more. Amazing burrito, good menu, nice bar, and great selection of beer on and off tap. I would recommend and would like to try more of their menu!

Overall, it’s a really nice place to eat. The food is amazing and I love that there’s a bar right in the middle but unfortunately the bartender made me pay before usually I leave the tab open and I order more drinks and I pay when I’m leaving this completely ruined the whole experience for me, because I did not feel welcome as a black male but again, the food is gray I ordered the hot chick and it’s delicious. I wouldn’t dine in, but I would definitely order the food.
