Dockside Cafe - Cafe in Tuckerton - 338 S Green St, USA

Great little cafe/restaurant with water views located near boat docks. Indoor and outdoor seating (with bar) available. Cafe offers breakfast and lunch selections until 3pm. Opens back up at 4pm with outside bar food menu. Today enjoyed lunch with my daughter. Tuna melt on rye with tomato and grilled Swiss cheese bacon and avocado on whole grain (the Islander) was very good. Side of fries (nice and crispy). Service was quick and friendly. Have been here a few times; consistent good food and service.

Always amazing food! Love pulling up with boat or dinghy in summer and just ate inside for first time last week. Decorated for Christmas and was so cute! Have been here at least fifteen times this year! Always bring family new to the area here! Soo good! Also love the live music on weekends! Thanks so much for making a fun restaurant in walking distance for all of Tuckerton!

First time @ Dockside...had a Groupon so we decided to stop on way home from AC. Wife had Lobster Roll and I had Garden Salad with Salmon...asked for it to be blackened. Both dishes were very good. We had to wait for a table but had some cocktails at the outside bar. Highly recommend!

Local spot on the water, you can drive or boat up. Outside bar hours, entertainment. I went for breakfast on a Tuesday morning. Got the steak and eggs. $24. Good portion steak, but ordered medium and received it overcooked almost well. Taste was just plain steak. Added A1 steak sauce and it was doable. Had scrambled eggs with it and it came with fries. Nothing amazing about that. They serve breakfast all day but not lunch etc. My friend got the churro waffle which she liked and commented the whipped cream tasted homemade. Place was busy, looks like alot of regulars. I will go back but not do the steak. They also had freshly made cakes and pies. Check Facebook for outdoor music schedule.

Food is excellent as always. Heads breakfast, tails lunch. Staff is super friendly. Even with work force challenges, they work hard (and as a team) to treat their customers great. Thanks Gina UPDATE 4.9.23 The outside bar is a must visit. Right by Tuckerton creek, live music Friday Saturday and Sunday, nice food menu and the drinks are all reasonably priced. John and Dan are bartenders who you can chat with all night. So, in a nutshell, very reasonably priced drinks in an outdoor setting, right on the water with live music on the weekend. There's an excellent chance that whatever you order will be delicious! Highly recommend the chicken and waffles and the lobster Benedict.

I ate the sloppy joe. It was turkey and roast beef with coleslaw and Russian dressing. I was recommended the sandwich by the server and I'm so thankful she did. It was so big I could only eat half and then I ate the other half for dinner. The atmosphere by the water and marina is so peaceful you don't want to leave.

We stumbled across the Dockside Cafe after we couldn’t get a table anywhere in smithville. A quick google search brought us to Dockside. What a gem! Right on the water with beautiful views and great food! The staff was beyond friendly and even sang happy birthday for my son (with some delicious cake)! Overall a great spot!
