Dock House Inn - Motel in Old Orchard Beach - 12 Heath St, USA

I stayed there a few weeks ago, and it was such a cozy room! I was there with my mother in law, and my two kids. There was plenty of space for us in the room, and all of the accommodations were perfect. The neighboring rooms were quiet, and kind. When we entered the room, the AC was on so it was nice and cool. It was so close to everything! Also, the front desk girl was so nice and welcoming. Highly suggest! We will definitely be back.

Very good place, I stayed there with my husband and our cat. Nobody gave me hard time over anything, staff was polite and nice. Room was clean, fridge was bigger than I expected, shower had good pressure and particularly room 12 where I stayed had a lovely rocky flooring in bathroom. Thank you very much, certainly will recommend you.

First time staying at the Dock House Inn and we LOVED IT! clean room and comfortable rooms for the whole family, nice pool, great location; where you find several stores and no transportation needed, and beach is less than 5 min walk. Also, great customer service! We will definitely come back! :)

The bed was awful. My back was killing me after the first night. No room to put clothes or toiletries. Not even a shelf in the bathroom. Nightstand on only one side of the bed, which means I had to put my water bottle on the floor at night. Coffee pot in room was broken and overflowed when I tried to make a pot of coffee. Sitting area outside of the rooms was filthy. I saw ppl cleaning the rooms daily and walking right by the mess. No one thought to vacuum the floor or clean the table. I liked that it was dog friendly and had availability only a week before my visit to OOB. Outside grass grilling area was nice and clean. Pool was enjoyable and clean.

La propreté de la salle de bain qui laissait beaucoup à désirer. Nous avons acheté un nouveau rideau de douche parce que celui qu'il y avait sentait vraiment le ''pot''. Nous avons lavé nous-même le plancher de la salle de bain et de la douche parce qu'ils étaient vraiment sales et dégoutants... il y avait des poils et des cheveux dans le fond de la douche! L'extérieur de l'hôtel est aussi malpropre. Des canettes qui trainent un peu partout, des déchets non-ramassés, etc... Demandé une chambre pour 4 personnes. Nous avons eu une chambre avec un lit queen et un futon. Le futon n'est pas pour 2 personnes mais une seule! Mes enfants sont âgés de 9 et 10 ans et étaient hyper collés. Normalement, nous ne sommes VRAIMENT pas difficiles et dédaigneux sur les hôtels mais cette fois-ci...ouff!! C'est dommage parce que ce serait un hôtel qui aurait beaucoup de potentiel avec son emplacement.

This place is super cute! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The location is amazing! It’s within walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. 10/10 would recommend.

This is our 2nd time staying here. Great place with clean rooms and a pool. Very close to everything and dog friendly. The only bad was very loud people next to us which is not the hotels fault.

Nice little hotel, friendly staff. We had a room with two beds, a couch, a table and a kitchenette with pots, pans and plates. AC worked well, the pool was clean and refreshing, comfortable bed. The room itself was clean, the only thing was the bathroom which might need a little refreshment... Nicely located: there is a small grocery store right next to the hotel, a few minutes by walk away from a mini-golf, the beach, the souvenir shops, the Palace Playland, etc.
