Food is on point. The burger was nice, freshly grilled and juicy, not all dry like other Burger places I've gone to. The chili cheese pastrami fry were delicious, not greasy at all. There chili had a very good spice to it. When in Visalia Doc's has yet to disappoint.
Yummy is all I could say, but I've got more. The girl behind counter super friendly! I had the Hawaiian Teriyaki Burger and it was awesome!!! Boyfriend had Double Cheese, that too was great! Topped off with a chocolate banana shake.. WOW! We will be back, and soon!
The fish & chips were really good. This place is known for their awesome burgers, but their desserts are great too.
I used to come here a lot at the old docks and get the Oreo swirly... my wife and I thought about getting dessert tonight and I was like you know what I want to go to the docks and get an Oreo swirly because it's been awhile and I want to see if I still like well unfortunately the best tasting thing was the whipped cream on top because the ice cream was kind of clear milk like it wasn't like Natural Ice Cream it was watery looking almost but that wasn't the worst part I got about halfway down and bit into a sizable chunk that was chewy and I was like what the heck is this? I spit it out as I started to taste meat or steak or something and as I looked at what I spit out it was a piece of steak meat or hamburger meat I'm not quite sure but it was sizable and it was gross... I went inside and stated it what happened she didn't seem to believe me and I even said I didn't want a refund or anything I just wanted them to know but still her response was underwhelming in my opinion I felt quite offended that this happened but unfortunately I don't think I will be going back

The burger was excellent and it had a nice bite from the Ortega chili. The chili cheese fries were good though it could have used a bit more onion and cheese but that's a personal preference.
There was some tables outside if you really wanted to eat your food in the open air, but they only seat 2 people so don't take the whole family😅
The food was good and freshly made, NOT just sitting in a food warmer waiting to be put out like other burger joints. This place is better then fast food but has similar prices.
🤠I HIGHLY recommend the Asad burrito and texan burger, and funnel fries. Seriously it was so delicious, this is definitely going to be a normal spot for us.
This DOCS is NOT ON MAIN STREET, where all the other restaurants are and its just a little bit hidden so keep you eyes peeled for it when driving or Google maps it, but 10/10 would recommend..
The place to go in Visalia if you want a good burger. My daughter loves their carne asada fries, and the chili fries were good, too. Lots of young people there (both working and eating) so it's like a HS hang out spot, but I understand. As far as service? It's not bad, but it could be better. I got frustrated having to repeat myself like 6 times on my drink... Arnold Palmer with light ice... How hard is that to make? Still, I'll definitely go back again (maybe I'll just order tea next time. Lol).
