This place is perfect.. the food was excellent and the presentation was beautiful. Im gonna come back for sure. Everything was perfect.

Fried pork was delicious with yellow rice, not dry at all! Monfongo was delicious with the chicken thighs, highly recommend this dish/combo!!! Totones were great as well.

The food was delicious, and the owners are very friendly. We order the churrasco with Duofongo; wow!! I highly recommend this spot.

I have been here multiple times and every time I receive consistently delicious food. The empanadas are great, the mofongo is great, the rice with gandule is great! Everything is great. Happy to see they expanded. Prices are a bit more but atleast you know your getting some good food! (Dont mind that 1 shrimp in the picture, I couldnt help but eat some before the pic was taken)

Our friends took us here after they raved about how good the food was. I can say that Doble Gustazo surpassed our expectations. Service was pretty quick and super friendly. We ordered the Tripleta sandwich (steak, ham and chicken) and we both agreed it was amazing. The sandwich itself is also pretty big, so you get a good amount of food for the price. We also tried the alcapurria which was on point as well. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and couldn’t stay long but were told that they would have live music starting at 4pm. They have a small parking lot with several spaces and are easy to spot as they have Puerto Rican and American flags alongside 41. If you like Puerto Rican cuisine you should definitely check them out!

Moved to Land O Lakes area 3 months ago from NY/PA area and have been searching for all the "Food Spots"... WE FOUND A W-I-N-N-N-N-N-E-E-E-R-R-R!!! I ordered...Don't judge me ;) It was for my family and I! Chicharron de Pollo(Fried Chicken) Seasoned bone-in crunchy fried with Fresh Plantains Camarones (Al Ajillo) over Monfongo Garlic Shrimps sautéd on butter with garlic and our seasoning over (Green Mashed Plantains with Garlic Flavor and Butter) Empanada de Pollo (Chicken) Arroz (Rice with Peas) Delicioso-o-o-o and I will be back to try other menu picks. I highly recommend giving this place a try your taste buds and stomach will thank you!!!

I love a good sandwich, and holy smokes is the Tripleta sandwich delicious! Steak, fresh chicken, ham, melted cheese!!!!! Whooooowheee! Get it immediately! I got it for my son and after one two bites he said "I'm definitely getting this one again." I will join him. Also had one each of the beef and chicken empanadas, they were slightly crisp and buttery and perfect. My wife and daughter liked the chicken most, while I favored the beef. Lastly had a side of the mufongo for the first time in my life. It was so good and made me feel like my mother made it even though we're not Puerto Rican and I've never had it in my life. It's got a good kick of garlic so if you love garlic like me make sure you try it. The young lady that helped me with my choices was patient, friendly, and so helpful! She suggested I get the garlic shrimp entree next time and I definitely will. Can't wait to come back!

Seen this place a while, and decided to give it a try. We had arroz con gandules, chicharrón de pollo, pork chunks, mofongo, tostones con mayuketchup y empanadas de carne. Everything was cooked perfectly. Our favorites were the tostones, mofongo, and arroz con gandules. The meats were crunchy, the way they should be for this dish, but our only complaint is that they lacked flavor. Even the beef in the empanadas, had no flavor. A bit of sofrito, salsa de tomate, sazón and it would have made a big difference. Cute little place. Great parking. Easy to get to, especially if you come the back way. Friendly people.
