While it was a bummer that he dosent fix consoles anymore after his explanation of why I understand the reason for that choice. Overall my experience with this place showed me the person I was on the phone with actually knew what he was doing. While also not overcharging for services most would count as a nessissary luxury. I know I don't want to replace my expensive electronics if I can get them fixed. I think this will be my go to shop for the resealable future.

Stellar. Absolutely stellar service. I had, as usual, a PC with an issue well beyond my skill set to remedy. And, as usual, I went to the abyss and back trying to solve it myself... Ultimately bricking my OS and locking myself out of my own PC. However! I happened to be able to find DNA! Thank God, because this was a critical time... Being many hours in to what could be (already is, in my not so humble opinion) the greatest game of this generation. Such issues of access to my computer would not do to be in the way of the adventure's completion. I would suffer too much to survive if this nightmare were to go on without noble intervention... DNA Computerworks to their brilliant and lightning quick rescue! All lighthearted wording aside: They were able to identify the issue, clear any non-solution routes to fixing it, and offer a choice of plans and prices that met my needs and limits. I highly recommend that anyone who has an issue falling under this company's ability to solve strongly consider choosing DNA.

I had a computer way out of my ability to fix, the owner there helped out and diagnosed it quickly and properly. Thanks to David, I knew what to get and how to fix the problem. I have a new motherboard on the way to replace the one that was DOA. Thanks so much for your help!

I recently got the parts to my pc and built it, but I ran into a few issues. I came to the store for a diagnostics so see what was wrong. Mr. Penney was kind and very knowledgeable, he figured out what was wrong in less than a minute or so. There were a few minor problems(none that affected the functionality of the pc) that he offered to fix, but he saw that I had general interest in learning the process and recommend me to do the rest. Overall, I’d say he’s a nice dude who is fair and cares about his customers!
