High recommend.  Six months ago, we spent $5k on upgrading our server to 2019 and backup storage, but we had nothing but problems after the installation.  I reached out to the same technician for help, but they had informed us they had a two-week backlog.  After some Google search, we found Michael.  He showed up within a few hours after our phone call.  He was able to solve our printing problem within 30 minutes.  He helped us move a lot of data to SharePoint, and we no longer have to maintain the server and storage.  We can access the company data from anywhere.  Our employees have been more productive by moving the data to the cloud and are collaborating more efficiently.  From start to complete, the total cost was minimal. Mike has a great blend of professional courtesy and technical knowledge. He persisted through my problem until he found a solution and his fee was super reasonable.
