Very poor customer service. I talked to this company a month ago to set up service. I filled out the PDR form to service but got a email saying the contract was not valid due to don’t being unreadable. I left multiple messages and emails. I talked to one lady who told me she was a new employee and didn’t know how to help me and would have someone give me a call back. Here it is a month later I still didn’t get a call back. Yet I see the was able to withdrawal money from my acct. wveb though I was told I had to redo the contact. Worst customer service I ever experienced. I’m still waiting for a refund on arrive I wasn’t set up with.

Very poor, after years of service both pluming and sprinkler system, DJ made me wait two months after request for a leak to tell me they would no longer service my system. Owner seems to say lie but should look in the mirror! I never asked for next day service! They wouldn’t even look at what was wrong and they had been to my home several times while in business not sure the last but you can tell by their response it’s very poor service!

Two service calls this spring and 0 sprinkler functionality. These guys came out, did the spring startup and the system never ran once. After a week of no running I called and they advised it would be 3 weeks before they could get a tech out. I waited the 3 weeks, took time off work to be available for the service and got a call 2 hours before the agreed upon service window.... I informed the tech that I would be available during the window we'd agreed to for service starting at noon. When their tech finally showed back up, they were STILL unable to make the system function at all. I've been waiting 48 hours for a call back and cannot get even basic over the phone troubleshooting from these guys. If I didn't already have multiple service calls with ZERO resolution I would be paying a different service. As of now, there have been 2 service calls, 0 waterings, and 0 calls back after 48 hours both leaving a message with their office manager and their automated system. Edit: Can't believe I have to come back and edit this but unbelievably, a company I'd decided to never do business with again, BILLED ME $200!!! This is 4 months after they mailed me a letter stating that they were no longer servicing my area. They canceled the contract, then they placed an unauthorized $200 charge against my account. Never Ever Ever get involved with these guys.

I have just one hose bib a long way away from house that needs clearing in the fall. The technicians come when promised, are friendly and efficient and (compared to other sprinkler companies) very reasonably priced. Have used them two times and price has stayed the same!!!

I had DJ's originally install my irrigation system over 10 years ago. Their service was adequate until the last 3/4 years. Every year the customer service and scheduling for service becomes the worst nightmare I have ever experienced from any company. Within the past 3 or so years you can never reach anyone to schedule an appointment. Now, their policy is they will not service/schedule anything until they have a signed contract with payment. Last year, I called leaving multiple messages for my spring turn on and received no call back. Then, a week or so later received a text for a scheduled date in the morning. I called to leave a voicemail stating the date wouldn't work. I never received a call back. I called repeatedly and was eventually able to get through to Linda. I told her the date scheduled wouldn't work because of my work obligations. Linda is the rudest person who cares nothing about customers. She said that I would be charged a $60 trip fee because I didn't provide them with enough notice to cancel. I told her there is no way I would be paying any charge as I had left a message days earlier. She eventually scheduled a new date with no charge. This year, I called several times and left messages to set up an appointment for my spring turn on. I again didn't reach anyone. I mailed the contract with payment. I never received any notification of when my spring turn on would be. I eventually emailed explaining that I had a signed contract and payment deducted with no scheduled turn on date. Linda called back to let me know that my contract had to be in by March 15 and it would be scheduled at a later date. She couldn’t provide me of when that date would be. My neighbor, who resides directly behind me shared that he did have a date scheduled with a contact submitted after March 15. I informed Linda that my neighbor and I always get our unit turned on at the same time because we are directly next to each other. She said that it didn’t matter and the contract was late. I informed her that my neighbor had his appointment scheduled and it would make perfect sense to schedule us on the same date. She said she couldn’t look into my neighbor’s situation due to Hippa laws. Come on now. So, I told her what does Hippa have anything to do with scheduling our appointment on the same date. Linda told me that their policy doesn’t work that way. I told her that she is running this business in the ground with her poor customer service. She said that maybe if I got my own business that I could run it the way I wanted. She said that is their policy and that’s it. I asked to speak to the owner about this policy and she told me “no”. I told her I am again asking to speak to the owner and she hung up on me!!! I then later get a email from a manager starting that I have a scheduled date on exactly the same date as my neighbor. Linda, is absolutely the worst individual to be the face of this business. She is unprofessional at all levels and has no idea how to work with customers. I am beyond frustrated, being a customer for over 10 years.

We really enjoyed working with DJ’s. We had a sprinkler system installed and the whole process went smoothly. Eric and Molly are great to work with and the installers are very professional. Great communication as well. Very satisfied customer.

This company receives a 3 because they are a 5 for their actual service and a 1 for communication. Expect to get reminder phone calls about appointments that you never made or had a chance to make. When you ask, you will be told that a notice went out about your appointment that you never will receive. I don't understand this "system" they have for scheduling. It is the worst I have ever experienced. Thank God for the reminder calls because otherwise, I would have no idea when my service appointments are because they schedule them without input from me and without my knowledge. I honestly question whether it's worth it to keep going back when it is such a hassle. After reading reviews about the exact same issue 1) I am glad I am not the only one but 2) you guys have to get it together!

Ongoing awful experience! Linda in the front office takes customer service as a vague suggestion. My parents have been loyal to DJ's for 10 years. Ending today. The last 3 years have always been multiple calls & negotiations to get services scheduled. Services we used annually were spring sprinkler start up & winterization. This year DJ's/ Linda stated we could not even get on the books because a contract was not signed & upfront payment was not provided. I stated I could fix it & the reason the contract was not signed was due to the passing of my Dad. He's not checking emails anymore. Linda proudly stated they don't even call clients anymore. Request was can you please get us scheduled? And we'll figure it out later? Like a month to figure it out. No can do. Plan on a ton of unnecessary negotiating & "policy" every spring & fall time. I have no idea why they pick up the phone to turn down clients looking for service & spend $$$.
