I would say this place is probably the best Indonesian food you can find in South Philly. The most authentic food and so many dishes to choose from. Everything is fantastic and delicious! My go to Indonesian restaurant before Sky Cafe. I feel like their food has more flavors. However, portions are kinda small for me. Although I like their cucumber pickles, spicy chili peppers and sambal chili paste. They go very well with the dishes. Very friendly staffs and small cozy family owned restaurant. Parking is tough here if you want to dine in, I always do takeout. I highly recommend this place! 10/10
Nice and clean little Indonesian restaurant with many options. Love some of the items on the menu: Nasi Beef Rendang 4.5/5 Their kale curry soup is 5/5 Soto Betawi 4/5 Es cendol 4.5/5 Portions can be bigger though. Overall nice experience
Food is AMAZING. I love the platters, you get a nice variety of side dishes. The prices are unbeatable for the quality of food they serve and the young lady working was so nice to us. Can't wait to come back!
I love this place so much, I wish I could live in that kitchen! I have gone several times and ordered from them, and every single dish, drink, or dessert that I had has been SCRUMPTIOUS AND DELICIOUS, OMG! The chicken gizzards, the liver skewers, the rendang... every single item on the menu is so dang good that you can't help but wish that the cooks there have the most amazing and fulfilling lives always and forever. What a way to make people's bellies so happy!
I came from NYC cause Many times i heard from friends this place is really good if you look for Indonesian Taste, and it's true, really good taste wise and portion wise. This is the best NASI GORENG i've ever try in USA. I will look forward to try other dishes when i came back to Philly.
My friends and I ordered takeout from D’Jakarta Cafe. This was my first time trying Indonesian food, and I would definitely try it again. We got the Beef Rendang, a slow-cooked braised beef in coconut milk, herbs, and spices for dinner. This dish reminded me of similar dishes in Nigerian and Indian cuisine. Overall, I loved the taste of this dish the most! We also ordered the Special Fried Rice and Mix Vegetables with Seafood Rice. All orders came in sizeable portions to share and had fresh ingredients.
My first indonesian cuisine and it did not disappoint. The DJakarta noodles tasted amazing. I love all the toppings but wished there was more and the portion could have been bigger. Plus, the nasi goreng was delicious as well. I highly recommend this place when in the area.

Very small place, lending to a homely and familial atmosphere. Sensational food that is clearly made with love. Service was great, very simple and to the point with explanations for the uninitiated and tons of options. Ask for extra sambal with anyt

Coffee here was amazing! The iced latte was great! The black coffee was something else! So fruity and aromatic - truly a great experience! Very much recommended getting their beans too!
A must stop if you are in Philly!!! Kevin's creations are incredibly delicious. Put down the cheese steak and go grab some tasty vegan, gf and dairy free options. Dessert=a meal. Back-to-back visits made us super fans!!! Pls open up a place in J-
Joined on a student membership for the summer and really enjoyed my experience. All the trainers were highly knowledgeable (and incredibly athletic) and made sure everyone felt welcome in the gym. When I was dealing with a shoulder injury, they were
