If you are searching for a piece of old school, Florida, stop because this is it. That's exactly what you will find. The minute you walk in the door... old school paneling, big tables for family style dining, fast service in friendly folk. This restaurant is all about seafood, with a focus on several types of shrimp. They offer lots of options for cooking style, from grilled to fry and a lot in between. They serve complimentary corn fritters but they're dusted with confectionery sugar. That was a first for me. This restaurant has been a family favorite for decades, hopefully it will become yours as well.
One of the few places left, that serves you a decent sized meal for your buck. We were greeted and seated promptly. The corn fritters with powdered sugar were such a neat surprise because I didn’t know this was something the restaurant gives you at not extra charge. I was taken aback by how delicious they were as well. During my visit we tried the shrimp tacos and a po boy sandwich and it was loaded with shrimp and they were seasoned to perfection. When you visit here bring your appetite and be prepared to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. They also have another seating area that has great decor perfect for a celebration.
I was traveling solo and probably couldn't have arrived at a worse time, 6 o'clock on a Saturday night. The place was absolutely packed with a lit of people waiting outside for a table. I was told there would be a 50 minute wait, so I took my buzzer and went outside to the turtle pond. There was a great blue heron just hanging out next to the pond. He was between 2 plastic alligators, so it took a minute to realize he was real.
My wait was actually only about 15 minutes to my delight. Also a bowl of hot corn fritters arrived with my ice tea and they were delicious. I ordered a crab cake, Cole slaw and shrimp tacos. The shrimp tacos were ok but the crab cake was, hands down, the best I've ever had.
Had not been in quite some time due to declining quality and rising prices. I was lucky to pick up some local sweet deals so we gave it another shot. I still think the prices are high but the food quality was also much better. The Rock shrimp were delicious, I had them broiled and blackened. You also can't go wrong with the corn fritters - I ate enough to walk out of there with diabeetus.
Seated right away. Took a minute to order drinks and appetizers. Drinks and appetizers came out at the same time. Had Fried Calamari and Gator Bites both tasted good. The main course was Chicken Alfredo for me and fish tacos for the grandson. Grandson loved the fish tacos. The Chicken Alfredo was okay. The chicken didn't have any flavor the Alfredo sauce was decent.
This place was killer my entire family loved it. By far the best food we had in Florida and these complimentary bites that tasted like nothing less than funnel cake bites were basically just deep fried donut holes that all my kids ate like they were dying! So so good!
My family and I have been visiting the Cocoa Beach area for 17 years now. This is the first year we have gone to Dixie Crossroads even though we have heard it suggested many times. We normally decided not to go due to the distance it is from where we stay. They have a great menu with some better options for the kiddos. We only one of our kids is still under 12 so it's getting harder to order for them. Prices are slightly lower here but the food is still top notch. I got 10 onces of bay scallops for 23.99. also the lobster bisque is worth the up charge for the premium side. What put the night over the top was or server. She did a great job. Very personable and she checked on us often.
I was recommended by a friend, who is a resident, to try this restaurant. I had some time to kill and get a quick bit to eat. They were absolutely that. I got in, ate, and was out in less than 35 min. I don't know what the little funnel cake balls with the powdered suger are, but they came standard and were an amazing surprise to the table. I had the coconut shrimp and bacon wrapped shrimp. Both were well made and tasted great. It's definitely worth a stop while in the area.

A nice wine n beer bar with many selections and friendly staff and locals. Great stop off point to view rocket launches! Public parking nearby. The tapas are very good! The Titusville playhouse is only 2 blocks away and a short walking distance.
As the Starbucks boycott continues we decided to try this highly spoken of place called black cat coffee. It DID NOT disappoint! When you first walk in the aroma is already stronger and better than Starbucks. We bought 3 refreshers which cost us half
Saw the humongous building from the outside while in the KSC explore tour.
Just amazing to imagine the number of rockets that have been assembled here and successfully launched!

My son and I wanted to try a new place. The shop is clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is a standard deli setup, order at the counter and they bring your food to you. The food was great. I had the expresso which is pretty much Cuban coffee. I
It was my first time there, and it was a great experience! The vibes were great, the food was good, the drinks were on point, and the music was epic! They treated us great for my birthday weekend.
