Tim and the team at Diversified have done an outstanding job with our IT needs over the many years of our business relationship. I highly recommend them for any IT needs you may have.
Both Tim and Allen are great guys to work with and are both professional, responsive, and easy to get along with. They provide you with all of the information one would need to make intuitive decisions for computers and everything associated them. They are very capable people and I use them when I need something done right and fast. At first I didnt like the fact that I couldnt call them over the phone if I had a quick question, but they have proved to me time after time that they response to email just about as fast and if you think about it, the reason is probably because they want you to write down what question or reason it is for you to contact them so they don't forget you and have to remember what the question or request was and they can reference an email so they can provide you with the accuracy of service and detail of which they provide.
Tim and Allen are incredible. It’s so nice that they can remote login to our systems. They respond quickly and work to find the solution that best fits your business! I’d highly recommend them.

Stopped by yesterday in Dayton and found the food, coffee, & atmosphere to be excellent. The server was very pleasant and gave me additional details about in-house food prep (my black coffee and breakfast sandwich were both excellent.
