Disney's Wilderness Lodge - Resort hotel in Lake Buena Vista - 901 Timberline Dr, USA

First the good things: 1. Location is great 2. Hotel is nice 3. Food is great 4. Beds, pillow and shower are all good Bad things: 1. Air conditioning is loud. Woke me up all night 2. Walls and windows are not sound proof and gets loud outside 3. We ordered a crib a kettle and were not there. Had to call 4. I feel the service overall in Disney is going down. They are trying too hard nowadays and doesn’t feel real. You can feel they have a mask on 5. Bell services and valet doesn’t work well. 6. The main restaurant although most of the time was half empty we had to either wait for 20 min or they didn’t have availability Conclusion: Hotel is too expensive for the kind of service they offer

This hotel can be described in one word: incredible. The theming is out of this world, the lobby looks amazing. All of the staff go out of their way to help you. We were upgraded to a fireworks room and it was honestly terrific. The pool areas are lovely, the grounds are beautiful. The transportation to the parks is frequent and reliable. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and I can honestly say that this one tops them all. Thank you so much Wilderness Lodge for an unforgettable stay!

Great experience to stay here! Finally got to as it’s been on my bucket list! I got a great summer rate. I loved my Sunrise view from our water view room on the 6th floor. Getting up early to see sunrise on the lake is a must. I really enjoyed roaring forks food court as I thought the food was good and a nice cozy area to sit and eat. With The summer heat we enjoyed the pool a lot. Night time swim was Magical! Having the boat ride to Magic Kingdom was a big plus! Also you can easily take boat to Contemporary after 3 which was great for visiting resorts on Monrail to get a bite to eat. Definitely got to try the Campfire cupcake if you stay here! The best !!

Wilderness Lodge is amazing and truly in the heart of Disney. It's a rustic look with a really nice restaurant and quick service area. Rooms were clean and stocked with all your needed amenities. You will love your stay here. Some say the included dining package isn't a value, but I truly think it is worthy.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s not the fanciest place we have stayed at but the rooms were spacious and had a kitchen. The location is convenient with a short boat ride to the Magic Kingdom. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

What an incredible hotel. I was so sad to leave. We had 6 people and the room was not suitable, however after speaking to front desk, without hesitation Kevin moved us to a more suitable space and was amazing. We really appreciated this. The resort is just beautiful. Great facilities for the children with the pool and water play area. We cooked smores in the evening by the fire (they have free marshmallows or you pay for a s’mores kit. A cute ferry ride to Magic Kingdom. You can see the fireworks off the pier of an evening. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are absolutely stunning. I am from Australia and one thing I love in America is the pine trees, creeks and wooden lodge style forest accommodation. This is just that. Out of our 10 hotels on this visit, this was my favorite. I hope to return one day 💕 thankyou wilderness lodge for and amazing 4 nights ❤️

This has always been one of my top 5 Disney stays for over 25+ years. We came here today, and yes!!! LOVE IT! 💕 First of all, it's so darn pretty here and perfect location to be considered "wilderness." It gives wilderness vibes all year long. ✔️ Walking into this establishment, all the workers are so friendly, and they all say hello, welcome home! I love that. ✔️ IT SMELLS SO FRESH ✔️ The rooms and the pool are perfect as well ✔️ Let's not forget that the scenes are so beautiful, so yes, pictures with the sunset set overlooking the water are fantastic 🪞👀 wonderful restaurants in here too both are great. Last but not least, the store!! It's one of my favorite stores to at Disney. Great selection ✔️

I absolutely love this place. The cast is always friendly and go out of their way to make our stay magical. We are DVC and boulder ridge is our home resort. We have stayed here many times and anytime I have needed something they go above and beyond to help me out. From someone who has stayed at most of the Disney resorts I have to say this is the best resort on Disney property.
