I really liked the room we had. There was a kitchen, with all the kitchen essentials, beds for everyone (the Murphy beds were so much better than any futon couch bed), and nice bathrooms. My only complaint would be that the shower was a little weird. Overall, the room was clean and well-stocked, the transportation was perfect for what we needed, and the grounds were well-kept. Pools and food were closeby. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay here! For a family with a baby, the one bedroom villa worked perfectly! We were able to have our older kiddos sleep in the living room while we stayed in the bedroom with baby. The older kiddos slept great even with the baby waking periodically at night. This room setup made our Disney vacation so much more enjoyable!! The kitchen is wonderful. Next time, we will plan to have more meals in the room because it’s so nice. There is a really nice bakery case in The Artists Palette that makes for a great late night treat. The trek to the ferry can be quite long and was the only downside of our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here!

This was a first staying at Saratoga Springs for us. It’s on the inexpensive side compared to other resorts but I think that’s only cause it isn’t as extravagant as the other resorts. No fancy lobbies, and all the buildings are spread out. It’s nice to get up and walk around the lakes and such on the loads of walking paths. Everything is well maintained. The reason for 4 stars is because it’s almost too spread out. We had to walk our bags for about a 15 minute walk to our building from the main drop off. Not horrible, but I could see little kids, older people, or anybody that struggles with a walk having some complaints. The pool we went to had good food and drinks at the pool bar. The location next to Disney Springs is GREAT. By far one of the best things about this resort. You can take a boat, or even walk back and forth. We ended up walking back and forth for meals and to go shopping. Overall, nice resort without a lot of the frills of others on the property. It’s not close to any of the parks but the Disney World buses are always running and only 10-15 min to parks using that.

I love the layout of the resort as a whole and the location on property is great. It is very close to most everything on property. There are a number of amenities on site and the grounds are kept up well. There parking is laid out well and it always seems like you can find a place near your room. The only real negative is that the rooms, while spacious, are not as large as they are at most of the other DVC resorts.

We had a one bedroom villa and it was fantastic. This resort is spread out so it you don’t have a car I can see that being an issue. We were in the last building by the main gate and we preferred it as it made it easy to get in and out. Room was clean, updated and in my opinion quite pretty. Also seemed to me to be sound proof as I didn’t hear any neighboring rooms or people above us. Only gripe was somehow we were checked out of the room way before our 11am checkout time and the maid tried entering into the room even though we said twice someone was still in the room after they knocked.

Beautiful resort, it’s pretty sprawled out and some rooms further from amenities than others, but worth it for such an amazing location! Rooms have all be refurbished fairly recently and are stunning! Great location for a walk to Disney springs! You can loop right around the springs and resort bit of s walk but worth it! Quite pools are really relaxing! Love this resort ⭐️

My family is a DVC member and have stayed at this resort many times. Frankly, they are hit or miss so we never know what type of experience we will have. This time was another bad one. We were given a room that is literally the furthest it can be from anything. You looked out the window and you would see the main gate. If you are told you are going to be in Carousel immediately ask if there are other rooms available. You have to get a ride to the room from check in area. The nearest pool is nearly a 10 minute walk away. Ironically the gentleman from the bus hop stand that drove us to the room said they were supposed to put a pool in for Carousel but never did. He also told us it was not a far walk to the pool and sent us in a direction to the pool and bus stop that would take the longest. Buses. I do not know who did the new bus routes but it took over 30 minutes to return from Disney Springs. Note. You can see Disney Springs from Saratoga Springs. The route taken from Disney Springs took the longest, roundabout way to get back to Disney Springs...I can't even begin to explain it other than to say they almost made a complete circle around and back to Disney Springs because they turned left instead of right. Took an hour to get to EPCOT, truly unacceptable. Again the bus system is just not great at this resort. Room. Well it was not cleaned. They removed the carpets in the most recent room refurbishment and went to a hard surface. My wife and I immediately had to take dirt and other pieces of grime off our socks when we first got into the room. They didn't even sweep/swifter the floors. We also had an infestation of ants. Yup. Ants. The Maintenance/Maid Service also gave us a 5am wake up call by continuously entering a storage area next to our room and allowing the door to slam closed. I initially thought it was a kid excited to get going to the park. Nope. It was staff showing no regard for the guests. No fewer than 10 slams in about 5 minutes. We managed to rope drop the park, but that was us making the most of a bad situation. I would have taken some of these room issues up with the front desk but in my experience they are not fast to make things right. We had a limited number of days and I was not going to waste what time I had there to correct the situation they placed us in. Very disappointed. Be warned that you need to know what "building" they are going to put you in and be ready to say no, try again.

Saratoga Springs is a huge resort area; there are 5 Disney bus stops in the complex. Our 2-room suite is absolutely perfect--spacious, clean, quiet. The 2 bedrooms are en suite, so we have our private spaces. Disney Springs is adjacent, we walked 6 miles there yesterday. Very happy with our lodging.
