When you are here, you are treated like family. The staff and owner are so friendly, the customer service is Top Notch! The food is so amazingly delicious and filling. The portion sizes are just right. The flavor on all their dishes are so authentic. Samosas are my favorite! The wings were surprisingly sweet and packed with flavor. If you're in the mood for Indian food I would HIGHLY Recommend this place. 10 out of 10!!!

So, I'm a big Indian food fan. I'm always looking for great Indian food. While I was looking for a different place, I stumbled on this humble establishment. I loved the fact that they stayed open until 10 pm. So we decided to try it. I was a little taken back that it was in a small shop front right in front of a gas station. Don't be fooled. Even though it's small and cozy, it's very clean, warm, and with delicious smells wafting through the kitchen. But I mostly care about the food. They have a very varied range of food in their menu. It does a great job of describing the dishes. We tried the Chicken Korma and the Chicken Chettinad, both delicious. The chettinad is a dark brown delicious mixture of indian spices and curry leaves with some spiciness, yet wonderfully complex in all the flavors. The Korma was a delightfully creamy cashew sauce. thick, and rich but not heavy. It's the best korma I've had in a while. I highly recommend it. I had my chicken korma mild. But bears to say, since everything is made from scratch, the spiciness levels can be customized. They have mild, medium, hot, and Indian hot. My husband had the medium spiced chicken chettinad, and it was flavorful, and the spiciness wasn't overbearing. We also loved their rice. Fluffy, fragrant, made with cardamom pods, and Indian cloves to flavor it. It's again a simple thing, but elevated. Can't wait to try their biryani. We had fresh delicious Peshwari Naan. Stuffed with fruit , nuts, and spices. It is delicious. Made fresh, fragrant, and not heavy, either. The Gulab Jamun for dessert were nice Indian dessert balls in a lovely syrup. The second best thing in the restaurant is their service and their staff. From the front end to our server, Sasha. She was helpful, lovely fun, and personable. Big asset. John In front was wonderful as well. And there was a young gentleman that was helping out. Bringing water, bringing rice, and clearing up, he was very helpful and nice as well. While we were there, they did have a brisk takeout service. For our second time, we tried take out, and we ordered the exact same things as before, except we added a Chicken Tikka Masala, and and order of Samosas. Everything was as it had been before. I loved the consistency. You get the same level of deliciousness every time. The Samosas were 2 and a nice size and were stuffed with the most delectable mixture. It had a little bit of spice, but only enough to enhance the overall taste. The Tikka Masala was creamy, fragrant, and thick, not runny as other places have. It was so flavorful and one of the best as well. We ordered directly from the restaurant's website instead of using a service, as we picked up our order, but they do lots of doordash orders. They order was ready in 20-25 minutes and was well packaged. It was a very painless process. They also take phone orders. The third time we went, it was a Sunday afternoon, and we took our son. A harsh critic. He ordered the Lamb Chettinad Indian hot. And a mango lassi. He ate it all and said it was fantastic. I tried his Lassi, and it was a thick blended delectable drink. You could definitely taste the mango. In addition to the Peshwari Naan, we ordered garlic Naan. It was awesome. My husband and I had the chicken korma again. It's that good. So far, I highly recommend the Discovery Indian cuisine restaurant. We have gone on a Saturday night, tried takeout on a weekday, and gone on a Sunday afternoon. It was delicious and consistent every time. We definitely recommend you try it asap.

Made to order delicious authentic Indian cuisine! The service was fantastic, and the food was incredible. The price is cheaper than local offers, but you'll still be looking at $17-$20 a plate. The freshness, portioning, and quality was definitely worth it. There's a little wait when you order before the food arrives, due to it being made fresh (so don't come STARVING) BUT! The wait is well worth it! They have great vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and meat-lover options, so all should feel welcomed.

Was looking for good Indian food! Found Discovery Indian food and was so happy we tried it. As you pull in, the place is behind a gas station. Perfect for a small family run restaurant! The restaurant has about 6-7 tables but it looks like they do a lot of take out. Looking at the restaurant, the menu is well layout and has a lot of options! We order a variety of food so it can be shared. The owners were great! They really care about their customers and you can see that they pay special attention to how the food comes out. I have to say that every single dish that we ordered was just perfect! The spices and flavor are out of this world. You have to order the garlic naan! We ordered the Lamb Chettinad was a great dish. The lamb was so tender and the sauce had such great flavor. The tandoori chicken was grilled perfect and the chicken was still moist. Most of the time the chicken is so dry. The vegan soup was also flavorful amd just makes you wanting more and more after each bite. I was also happy the amount of rice they give you. A lot of places gives you very small amount of rice. The only downfall is that they do not have any ice for your drinks but I assume that is how you live in India where they don’t have access to ice. I have found my go to Indian restaurant! The owners, the service, the food, and the pricing makes this place a 5 star! My recommendation is give this place a try if you are in the mood for Indian food.

The food at Discovery Indian is absolutely delicious. It was so good, I took home the leftover curry gravies not to waste a delicious drop. Service is courteous. The seating area is small, but we were able to be seated quickly. To find this gem, it is a little tricky. It is not in the big strip mall but is in the little strip, in the same strip building as the gas station store.

It was one of the best meals I have ever had at a restaurant. Everything was on point! Service was amazing. We were a little hesitant when we saw it was inside a gas station building. Chicken 65, Butter Paneer, Chicken Tikka, Lamb Biryani, and Mango Lassi were amazing. Made our beach trip end in an amazing way! Will be back next time I'm in this area, even if it adds time to detour from whatever route we are going.

No doubt, they are one of the best Indian food I’ve ever had. I asked for an Indian spicy dish because my boyfriend and I were craving for something spicy and we were very satisfied with the food. It was great. Service was great and everyone was very nice.

We stopped for the first time at Discovery Indian Cuisine a week ago for lunch...what to say? Four hours later I had thoughts of going back for dinner! The service was excellent, the chef came out to ask us how our meals were, the chicken korma, curried lamb and garlic naan were truly outstanding, the layers of flavor were just amazing. We both ordered heat level 3, next time I might try level 4. Excellent experience gentlemen, thank you and see you again!
