KIDS LOVE THE MUSEUM! We had a wonderful time here at the museum. The fun way to teach science with play was exciting. They have many different exhibits for engaging kids. They do offer a huge outdoor playground. The pretend play rooms were equally fun and popular among kids.
Spent a few hours here with my grandsons. What a great hands on place for kids! There was so much to do and explore. There was also a huge outdoor play area for the nicer weather. Highly recommend to bring the kids here!
Love it here! Only thing I could wish for is a working coffee area. My son loves the light table and we got a lot of fun out of the winter event! There are different areas to explore, we had older children with us and once he had fallen asleep we spent nearly 2 hours upstairs in the fitness area!
Wow! We loved this place. It just didn't seem to end, one exhibit after the other! And there was so much to do upstairs, too. Great for my 2 year old but I think a 10 year old would have just as much fun!
This was so much fun! The outdoor play area is huge, and both floors have so many activities! This was also great for my older son. He has aged out of so many children's museums, but he loved this one!
We enjoy all the fun interactive ways to learn and play here. It brings out the kid in you and it provides new learning experiences for the whole family, for anyone regardless of your age.
We have a Peoria Playhouse membership, so going here was free. Boy were we surprised when we saw how HUGE it was! There is cool stuff for kids of different ages to do around every corner. This has to be the most comprehensive play center we've ever been to. The only thing they could use is something to eat while you are there, because it's easy to spend hours there.
We love the Discovery Center, but it was super busy the day we went. The playground was open and that was fun for the kids. A lot more of the exhibits were broken and impossible to use than previous visits, so we were disappointed about that. There is ample seating for parents.
