First off this place was $79 a night and in the smallest town I've ever been to. We were in a pinch and so sick of driving so this place saved the day. Secondly- the gentleman that works the front desk was amazing! He is why this place was given a 4 star by me. Now the bad things- the place is incredibly old and outdated but mostly the 2 chairs in the room were covered in what I can only imagine was dried body fluids so we brought in our own pillows, blankets and bed mat cause we were disgusted with the chairs, we didn't want to sleep directly on the bed.
We were tired and needed somewhere to stay. Decided to check this little place out. Very old and dated, worn toilet seat, cheap soap, etc; but the bed and linens were clean, and the gal at the desk was absolutely awesome!|Tv worked great! It was a beautiful view looking at the River and hill going up to Goldendale.|We enjoyed it tho it would’ve been nice to have it new and clean clean.
Nice clean rooms, friendly staff at the hotel and the Deli/store. Would have been great if that pool was open. And also maybe a dog friendly place with grass. My poor pup got a thorn in her paw in the only place I seen to take them which was just rock with dead foliage and thorns.
The room was Really Dirty, stains all over the carpet, chairs and bathtub. The molding/floor plate under the door has been broken (in several room doorways) so there was at least a 1-2” crack. The way I noticed it is I saw several bugs crawling in from the outside. The mattresses are very hard. Ants in the bathroom, which should at least be a cheap and easy fix.||The guy who checked us in was very friendly.||If you don’t have to stay here, keep going to somewhere else.
I always stay here on my way to and from Idaho. Nice place with great customer service. it's very quiet and the beds are quite comfortable and as a bonus has an incredible view of the Columbia River.
We stayed here because we were too tired to go on. The beds were comfortable. We would have liked to stay somewhere else but this was it. We did have a good view of the river and the bridge. The room had a big beautiful flat TV screen and good cable service. Easy to unload car directly to room. The price was reasonable but we did find a bug in the room that we put in the wrapped cup and gave to the front desk clerk. It was a non-smoking room but smelled funny to me so I found my travel hair spray (don't use cologne) and sprayed it around the room and that made it much better.
Motel looks old from the outside, but is actually very nice. I would recommend this motel,||However..........||Their management falsely accused me and my family of trashing the room and having a cat present. These patently ridiculous accusations are both demonstrably false and wholly unproven. ||As such, stay far, far away from these jerks. They are the epitome of ignorant, and probably have about 5 brain cells between the staff.
This Motel is older and nothing fancy but very clean, easy load in an out's no stairs and they are very accommodating. We stayed as part of a girl getaway for my mom's 80th birthday while we were exploring Stonehenge and the Maryhill Museum. Decent little fridge in room and microwave. Very nice view of the river - I enjoyed our stay.
