Really enjoyed this small boba place that had great service, and delicious drinks!

I showed up an hour before closing (Wednesday-10pm) and it was still pretty busy. Fortunately, it didn't delay my order. Very quick service indeed. I ordered the #5 which is the brown sugar Boba tea and I added cheese cream which is basically like whipped cream. Loved it in the drink since it made it creamier. I'd def come back to check out other drinks.

Let me start by saying i enjoy coming to get a drink at this boba place more often than not especially when im in the area. Not many places can make a good boba. Lately everytime ive gone to this particular location on rosecrans all my drinks mainly milk teas and i always switch between the best selling signitature milk tea, jasmine, and brown sugar milk tea. The last 3 times ive gone within 2 months have tasted watered down and flavorless i honestly couldn't even enjoy drinking it. Just wanted to leave a review in the hopes that the business sees this and fixes this issue because I dont want to have to find another place for my boba.

Fantastic boba. Normally I get the Hokkaido oolong milk tea with boba, and it's always great. The first time I came I had lots of questions and they answered them patiently. The staff is always very friendly. I definitely recommend this place... Best boba in the area!

It's a good bubble tea shop. Probably the best in the immediate area. Service was quick and fast. I also liked that my drink wasn't overly sweetened. Try em out. They have a rewards punch card, be sure to get it stamped. 11th tea is free.

Went to Ding Tea and ordered 2 drinks. One was for me and the other my daughter. I ordered the Large Taro Mash up tea with egg pudding, easy boba, and foam topping. It usually takes me a couple of hours to drink it. I was ready to slurp all the good stuff at the bottom of my drink when I noticed it wasn’t coming the straw. I tore a slit in the top and used my straw to pick up what was at the bottom. To my disgust and disappointment there was a napkin or paper or something to that sort in the drink. It looks moldy old… I am so sick to my stomach. My daughter called the store, and the young lady who answered was not very friendly and you could tell she was never taught what good customer service is. We requested for the manager or owner to return our call immediately. They said they would relay the message. Two or three minutes later a gentleman calls and says that “we will not be able to help you. You were belligerent when you were talking to our staff and you’re causing us emotional distress and we can’t do anything to help you if you wanna come back and buy another drink you can do that”. He said we were making the complaint to the wrong shift and if we wanted help, we should come back at that time. He said he was not going to relay the message and then turned around and said he would relay the message. I don’t trust that he will. So this is why I have to write this review. He was rude and condescending. I asked him several times for him to give me his name and he refused. I told him I just wanted to talk to a manager about the situation. I have had the pleasure of running multi million dollar companies and I am currently a Director of HR. There would be absolutely no way I would allow any of my employees to talk to the customers the way he did tonight. He definitely needs a PIP or write up. I will be contacting my lawyer if I do not hear from the Manager by tomorrow afternoon.

I vote for an XL size to be added to the menu because this chocolate milk tea is ELITE!! Lol It's a fancy chocolate milk, I know, but it's just.... better! (Try it and let me know what you think) Parking is cool, depending on the day. Service was fast and they were very nice.

I went in real quick and i stood at the front and the workers look all clueless and take someone else order without even asking me yet knowing i came in first. Make sure you get the attention of the workers bc they wont care to see what people come in for.
