Lovely neighbourhood spot if you crave some delicious home-cooked food. The pricing is honest and fair, and we had a good time when coming for brunch on Sunday. We had the zucchini omelette and chorizo sausage with black beans, and both dishes were very tasty. I’ll be back!
Allegedly the best burger in NYC. red onions aren’t my thing - so I did remove them. The lettuce was cold and crisp. Burger was rich and juicy as what you would expect from grass fed beef. Cheese was expertly melted. Bun was soft complimented the ingredients. It doesn’t try and over complicate a burger it just delivers the best ingredients , well seasoned. I had mine medium rare , and I think that’s the correct temperature. If you love hamburgers it’s worth trying , if you find a better one please let me know.
Excellence, pure and simple. The Diner is an inviting and cozy spot that can be either your go to place or something you save for special occasions. Either way, you're going to have an experience like no other. The food is so distinctly delicious that you might want to hug the chef when you're done eating. And you should ask the friendly staff for a wine pairing, they will find just the right thing.
Delighted by this restaurant on my first visit. Everything ordered was mouthwatering delicious, including the cocktails.
Burger was fine, but a little undersalted. Fries were beautifully cooked to brown, but lacked crisp. The picture is more promising than the taste, and at $25 a pop (+$3 for the huge heirloom tomato add-on), we expected more. Service was nice and the spot is good with all outside tables getting some sun. But maybe go for something else on the menu than the burgz.
Got the burger, total about $32. Burger was nothing special. I'd give it a 7/10. Fries were good though.
A must go when in Williamsburg! Very charming restaurant with friendly and kind staff, the menu is relatively small but all options are amazing and well priced. I would definitely recommend the burger, probably the must have dish: generous, juicy and tasty! Why not share the Caesar salad on the side, it could also be taken as a light main as it is pretty consistent. Chilled vibes and good food, can’t get better than that :)
Had the best Espresso Martini since I've been here. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Cosy pub with ghostly connections! Nice food and a great atmosphere. Interesting and well maintained interior with friendly and attentive staff. Good food too!
LOVED this place. First time I had been in Dyker Heights and first time at Chadwick's. It's old school and they clearly have LOTS of regulars but it's not old-fashioned. Staff is terrific, food was wonderful, and the vibe is fantastic. They also make
Had such a good dinner here. Food was amazing, as was the service. We loved sitting by the bar to watch the preparation and meet the chef. The celery salad, tempura squash, and sticky date cake were personal favorites. Weâll be back!
Wandered in for a nightcap on our last night in Brooklyn and weâre so happy we did. Family-owned spot with a really great ambience. Felt so at home here. Had an opportunity to chat with Nicole (owner) and she was super kind and attentive. Our cockt
When I think of an old school homey diner, this is it. They make that NYC baconeggandcheese the way itâs supposed to be done. The roll is soft, crispy bacon and the cheese wraps the eggs perfectly. Iâve ordered here for a while and they never dis
At the end of Greenpoint Ave, just before Transmitter Park is this amazing and delicious chill spot. Sitting outside on a cool summer day, people watching and having a delicious cocktail was perfect. The food was delicious and very well plated. Serv
Really great atmosphere, delicious food! Very good seasoned! Portions are big! Restaurant is small but well organized, you can choose from seating indoor or outdoor. Great selection of drinks/beers. Location of this restaurant great!
This place was perfect for catching up. It had great vibes and music, but we were still able to have a conversation and not have to yell. The food was amazing, from the appetizer to the main course to dessert. Everything was a hit! And the drinks wer
