Had an old PC die on me. Not a big deal EXCEPT that the computer is almost exclusively used to play music with 1000s of imported CDs worth of tunes. My contents were transferred to a newer but still "used" and very reasonably priced PC. Enjoying my music library and syncing my music once again!

I took my laptop to Dimension Computer (Jim) on the recommendation of a close friend. Jim listened to my concerns and difficulties with my laptop, which were several. Not once did he respond disinterested or make me feel ignorant. Jim was able to make several corrections, updates, and replace hardware all in the same day. He communicated with me regularly and demonstrated the improvements of the laptop when I picked it up. His pricing was reasonable for labor and parts. Dimension Computer and Jim have been great to work with over the years. He has serviced our personal computers and business computers. He has even come to our office to help with the issues that we were having. Reasonably priced as well. I would recommend him to anyone.

Recently had to take my inherited beast of a desktop in for some repairs, settled on this shop after seeing posts on FB in a community group raving about same day service, affordability, and more - and in spite of what one bitter reviewer had to say, I am *not* friends with the owner. Jim, I wanna say his name was, got this computer out of my car and even carried it for me in addition to repairing it within 2 hours. 10/10, will be back for any future repairs.

This store is the BEST! They sold me several off lease computers at an incredible price and helped me equip my office with very powerful hardware. I also know of several friends who have had them fix problems and save data that they thought was lost forever. This is the only place to go for computers and computer repair.

After my external hard drive crashed, I waited a month and a half for another local company to run diagnostics and tell me the data would need to be recovered off-site for $1500-$2000. Thank goodness for getting a second opinion from Jim! I walked in on a Friday and within ONE DAY had my precious data in hand for a mere $200. The quick turnaround time plus the excellent customer service from someone I could trust has made me a Dimension Computers customer for life!

Quick same day diagnosis on my hp . I was given a quick fix while waiting on hp to send my part so I could still use my laptop when my part came in it was same day service again with great prices. Anyone else wanted to charge to walk through the door or ship my laptop out. Jim was great
