I would like to thank the staff and web designers at Digital Solutions for helping our company grow. They have been there for us and have helped every step of the way to ensure growth in our business for today and in the future.

After going to multiple computer shops, Best Buy, Micro Center, and a few other places, who claimed data recovery from my old laptop was not only impossible but too dangerous do to my computers expanded battery pack, Digital Solutions was the only one to even attempt to help me. They were more than willing to accept the challenge and assured me they had the expertise on hand to solve my very unique problem. They were very professional throughout the entire process, keeping me updated on their progress and swiftly answered any of my questions. They were successfully able to retrieve the irreplaceable data from my old laptop and in half the time and at more than half the price I was quoted by so many others. I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional service, surpassing all my expectations.

Not only did they fix my laptop, the gal took time out to find a cord compatible and less expensive. Also took the time to explain some things I didn't understand. Highly recommend!! Reasonable price.

I have had two experiences with Digital Solutions. The first was a couple of years ago where they converted old homemade VHS tapes to DVDs, and they did a great job for a very reasonable price. Having had a great experience with them in the past, I contacted them about a week ago for service on my desktop computer. I was having a great deal of trouble following automatic updates from Microsoft and especially Microsoft Edge. I setup a home appointment because I am disabled and it is hard to transport things, and they sent a computer tech, Eric, and he just completed the work on my computer. He not only cleared up every issue I was having, but he also helped make the updates consistent with my laptop and cellphone too. I am so impressed by how professional he was, he showed up on time, called when he needed to confirm directions within my community, and was just a genuine friendly person to work with! I thought it was also a reflection of the company when Eric was, considerate of my home, my elderly father, whether a mask would be worn, etc., and worked to keep the timing as short as possible to save me as much money as possible. The company's fees are definitely reasonable, as I called around to see if they were competitive and they are even better in most cases. I will absolutely use Digital Solutions again for anything that involves my or my family's electronic items. I would highly recommend that you give them an opportunity too.

Recently, I had a very good friend pass away. Going through some of his belongings we found old 3.5 mm camcorder tapes labeled " skating videos". With technology and everything today it's no understatement to say it was hard to find a place to play them. The camera was long gone and I don't even know anyone that owns a VCR anymore let alone with an adapter. That's when I remembered about digital solutions. I went to the store that day and told Nicole about what I needed done. Not only were they able able to convert the tapes to a DVD, she took care of it that day for me. She went above and beyond to make sure those memories were were saved ! You don't think about things like this and how we can preserve memories from older technology' until you have too. Now my friend's sons will be able to watch skating videos of us when we were younger than them. There is no question I would recommend digital solutions for any need that you have for changing technology. I cant explain how important is was to be able to share those memories! I needed a part for my computer. Not wanting to order the wrong part, I went to Digital Solutions to take advantage of their expertise. The receptionist took down the pertinent info, called me that day when the part was ordered, called me when the part arrived early, and charged me a fair price. Needless to say it was the right part and my computer is up and running.

I was having a photo transfer crisis, and both Nicole and Brad were so great in helping me make sure I can save all my precious memories!
