Digital Dental Solutions is a rare IT services company for dental offices. They have an amazing back up system, which is so necessary in these times. They are very responsive. They understand how expensive it is for a dental office to be closed even for a few hours. We had an issue and they sent an amazing tech, Steven, right away. He came from two hours away and also communicated with Comcast to make sure our issue was resolved. They even communicate with all our vendors to help set up. Their prices are also reasonable. I have tried several IT companies, but they are by far the best.

I have known Matt and his team at DDS Tech for many years. They are an outstanding team of professionals. As a Dentist, I work with many women and its is not easy to have a tech team be supportive of the needs of all our team members. Our phone calls are always answered in a polite manner and issues handled promptly. Recently, I moved 2 of my locations to newer facilities.
