Loved this motel! charming! clean! room was good size! floor to ceiling windows! The back view is beautiful! we saw deer! bed was comfy! Cool dresser built into the wall! vanity area! real keys! We didn't use it, but the pool was clean and looked great! away from the bustle of town! I can't wait to go back! very cool place!
Came here for an overnight trip. Room was basic and comfortable. Beds so comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. Like my room, all rooms have a view of a lovely open field. Only issue I had was a leaky toilet. Parking is just right in front of your room. Location is fine, but you'd have to drive to the center of town for most of everything.
Great value. A bit of away from the main drag but that’s good! It was quiet. Beds so comfortable I had a good night’s sleep. Minor issue with the toilet leaking but staff responded quickly. I will stay here when I come back to Fredericksburg.
Went for a girls weekend getaway, it is an older motel so we knew that as we got there, we got a room with double beds ( room 105 ) As first entered the room we killed 4 crawling bugs, the carpet is so out dated and filthy, we had to go buy sandals to walk on the floors, the corner of the walls and behind the doors had dead bugs, didn’t look like it hadn’t been swept, we stayed 2 nights unfortunately on our last night my sister and I got bit by something and left welts on us, don’t think they were bedbugs as that was the first thing we checked for when we got there, pretty sure it was a spider, as we killed a few, the room had a small refrigerator and a microwave that came in handy and a coffee pot, it’s a 4 cup pot so if your a coffee drinker ask for extra coffee at the front desk, the Pro is the beds are comfortable and the A/C worked great, I do have to say we do live in the country so bugs aren’t a very big deal for us, but the dirty floors were a bit disappointing, if your looking for a place to just lay your head for over night, this may be a ok place, but for a weekend getaway I’ll leave that up to yal
Very old Motel and rooms. Nice few into the garden area because of the huge windows. Very nice pool. Nice staff.
Stopped in Fredericksburg for the eclipse, they charged us about 3x the normal rent due to the event. The room was definitely not worth the amount of money we paid, but I guess it's fine at its usual rate.
Great value, esp for Fredericksburg. We got a 2 double bed room for 3 people. Room was clean and comfortable. Very basic but did have a refrigerator and microwave. Staff were very friendly and offered good recommendations on where to eat. We will definitely stay here again next visit to Fredericksburg.
Was just passing through the area, not in town for a weekend day trip so this was an affordable option for Fredericksburg. The rooms were dated but clean and spacious, with a TV, fridge, microwave and a handy makeup alcove. No tubs here, but had a very large and very clean shower stall. The window a/c struggled some to keep up with the 100+ degree heat but it did the job. The only downsides were the limited DirectTV channels and the entirely gravel parking lot.
