Dick's Wings and Grill Argyle - Chicken wings restaurant in Jacksonville - 6055 Youngerman Cir, USA

Food was good, service was extremely slow and they were not busy at all. Don't understand why Io got cold fries and warm wings. And could not seem to keep a drink filled. Was more into what was going on inside. Back on 10/8/22 fries were over done, wings were good, needed a little more time in the fryer, waitress was on point and very happy with her.

This was a horrible waist of time and money. The waitress was not good. She took our order and then we didn't see her for an hour. Which is how long it took for our food. We ordered 10 wings, 5 boneless, a kids cheeseburger, and a regular burger. I don't know why it took so long. She never checked on us or anything. Finally got our food and half of it was cold. The wings were small. The sauce was barely on them. The kids burger had a half hoagie bun instead of a bun. Then we never saw our server again until we had flagged her down to pay and leave.

We had our company party at this location and I can’t say enough good things about the employees and the food! Beth and her team are amazing! The food was awesome! They definitely made us feel like family. We will be celebrating with them again!

Honestly if i could give the food & service 0 stars i would. This was probably one of the worst dining experiences ive had . Went in with just 2 adults & 2 babies it took over 35 minutes for a half Caesar salad , 12 fire cracker shrimp appetizer & a hot dog. All came out cold. None of it was eaten only had 1-2 bites , server came to the table 3 times the entire 2 hours we sat there, never asked how the food was because she knew she was bringing out cold food that had been sitting in the window while she talks to her employees. When you walk in the host doesn’t even pay attention to you she just sits & texts the whole time which shows the service you’ll probably be getting. Management should do better especially on a Saturday night when it wasn’t even that busy.

Ordered 20 wings to go tonight and I arrived 10 mins after the order was supposed to be ready. There were no parking spots because of the cornhole event. The woman at the front was very rude when I parked next to the curb. Where else am I supposed to park? Olive Garden? She also gave me a hard time when I asked if she can check if my order is ready. She said “man ain’t nothing ready yet”. When she did go check, it was ready after all.

Duck Duck Rooter held their company Christmas party here on a Saturday night(between 75 and 100 people)! All of the employees were happy to help set up and decorate, the food was amazing even though it coming out in large quantities. Beth was amazing with answering all of our questions and making room for the DJ and photobooths as well as all of the other accommodations we needed. It was all in all a great experience !

This location has been my family’s go to for years, unfortunately that will no longer be the case. The service has gone down drastically, we came earlier in this month, we were seated in the bar area (booth) and waited 20+ minutes with no drinks or waiter came so we left. I love their wing so, I chalked it up to maybe they were short staffed, so we decided to try again this weekend. We were seated immediately, waited about 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order, the guy was not our waiter but made sure to let us know our waitress would be with us, she came through 10 minutes later. We made our order, sipped on our drinks and waited. No refilled drinks while eating hot wings, my husband saw our waitress walk by us and tried to get her attention and she ignored him until the 3rd call and snapped at him and told him 1 minute. She apologized for the way she responded a few minutes later, but it was rude. Our last request was to order wings to go and let’s just say my son woke up to a horrible episode of food poisoning.

I made an online order for Saturday night at 8:45pm. Due to the fact that Saturday was busy with online orders, my order was pushed to Sunday. I wasn't aware of that, once I arrived a lady named Beth did not try to help me figure it out or try to push it to Sat. She kept repeating "sorry, its made for tomorrow, I didnt do it, you did it online." When I obviously didnt want it for the next day. She wasn't trying to listen to me and kept dismissing what I was explaining or showing her. I already paid for it in full. It was until I shared that I will dispute the charge as well as share my experience with others is when she wanted to try to "figure things out". There were other women there that was patient and willing to assist. Which I truly appreciate. I use to work in the food industry and I did not appreciate her customer service AT ALL. It was very rude and dismissive. Sorry to say but I do not recommend eating or picking up if she's (Beth) there...If so get ready to stand on business.
