Rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. They all appear to be standing around holding up the walls, but never helping customers. I was looking at the shoes today while a group of employees were clumped up together chatting. One walks over — a young woman with long black hair in a high pony tail. She gave me the nastiest look, a once over from head to toe, said nothing and walked back to her very important conversation. Is this the kind of customer experience you want to give people? Pathetic.

Went in today to find out the return policy on some shoes. The young kids at the front were really nice as I didn’t expect anything. The manager came over puffing his chest. You would have thought he owned the store. Calm down buddy it’s not that big of a deal. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or the steroids, but the way he snapped at me when I was simple trying to find out information on their return policy was unacceptable. I’ll be ordering my shoes online for now on.

I went in today to buy back to school shoes for both my kids. Patrick was the most stellar employee I’ve ever met. He was very knowledgeable about all the shoes and which sizes were available. He helped us find what we needed and then ordered them online as well as easily helped us use our scorecard money and a gift card. It was the best experience ever.

I like shopping at Dick's, mostly in the exercise and clothing section. The times I've purchased items from this store I was expecting to pay one thing but they rang up higher, they were not in the right location on the shelf apparently. It seems to be an ongoing issue, I don't go in here anymore despite the fact that it's the closest one to my house, I'll go out of my way to go to Holly Springs or Cary.

Went in to buy a treadmill and the person working the equipment section named James was the best and helped out so much! Really appreciate his help with loading my purchase into vehicle and throughout whole transaction!

John May AND his team went above and beyond for me today. Their customer service etiquette is exquisite. I’m so impressed with their integrity, ownership, and diligence when helping me with my purchase… I would happily come back to this location solely because of THEM. Thank you so much.

Got some HOKA shoes online as they were not having in store. The new pair of shoes I received were full of pet hairs and hence I returned it. I told the reason for returning, hoping they would atleast clean them before restocking it. I went to the shoe section to look for some other shoes and when I asked an associate there if they have HOKA, he said yes and brought the same box which I had returned still with pet hair. I really hoped they had checked before when I purchased online and definitely should not restocked after I told them the reason to return.

Christian in the shoe department at the Beaver Creek Commons location is excellent! He was very available, kind, and was running around to make sure all of our needs were taken care of. He was the best!! (:
