UPDATE: The manager was friendly and very helpful. HORRIBLE location. Staff is nowhere to be found, and the place is filthy.

I called the store and asked if they had a blue Stanly, they said yes so we drove an hour and they didn't have them.

Store is nice and well stocked. If you are there shopping for a new fishing rod and reel combo then you need to pay attention. I noticed a handful of rod ad reel combos that were missing the reel. I told an employee that he had a some reels stolen off the combos and he informed me that’s the way they come. If the tag tells you the reel features, it initially came with a reel. They have rods on the shelf for the full price of the rod/reel combo.

If you need help with deciding what you want to purchase, this is not the place. You are better off buying online, though they can't help with the different sizes from the manufacturers. Try the web first for pricing and specs. One person servicing the entire store is ridiculous; also, make sure the manager doesn't have to stop you from going to the restroom. Nick was on restroom patrol also be on the lookout for a manager riding around very fast on a bicycle if you have small children.

It took a while to find someone to assist me, but once he came to help, he was wonderful and knowledgeable about what I needed. The kids ran on a race track while I tried on shoes. The store was clean and well-lit. There is a bathroom in the store. Check outs at entrance to the mall and outdoors. The shoes I looked at were about $80-$120 which is about twice as much as I wanted to spend on a good pair of shoes, so I just hope they are worth it since I did buy a pair.

Associate kept following me and my son around the store asking if we were good. Happened 5 times within 2 minutes and kept standing at the end of the aisle watching us. Not like we were being suspicious lol. We walked through the door and straight to the football section and were looking at arm pads. Finally had to tell him for the 5th time we were good and to stop.

Friendly service is why I'm giving a 3 star. However... A big chain store like this should definitely offer a military discount! I bought my daughter one sweatshirt for $60 & I personally think that they should stand behind their military, especially at their price margins!

I didn't buy anything (I was looking at shoes and nothing struck my fancy is all) but it was clean and well stocked it looked like. I always get a good laugh at the yeti displays and the prices of those things lol.
