This is an awesome store. It’s huge!! Was looking for some new shoe and stopped by here. The employee who was assisting me was very friendly and amicable. Very patient and let me try about 10 pairs. They almost all the brands and if you’re unsure which shoe to buy, I will strongly recommend Dick’s Sporting Goods. It’s a lot easier to try on and feel what works best for you.

Unhelpful staff. I tried to find someone to help me find a product. The staff were almost trying to hide (avoiding eyecontact, talking to other associates, etc.). I had to ask 4 associates for someone to help me: the first couldn't leave his station, the second told me to wait (waited for 15 minutes, then she disappeared!), the third said "they are busy", the last told me most likely the item was stolen and it is only showing in-stock by mistake (that one did help me find the product after I insisted). Overall, it was a very disappointing experience!

The good: the store is spacious with many products. The bad: staff. 80% of employees need to be fired and the remaining 20 - retrained. People are rude, not helpful, not looking to resolve any issues, concerns etc. inventory doesn’t match the reality, managers are nowhere to be found, and are upfront rude, and this is on repeat for months - as is obvious by numerous other comments here Recent experience was so bad and caused stress to my parents, that I had to actually call corporate and speak about this store. Beyond horrible, now driving extra time to other locations or shopping elsewhere, as this is unacceptable. 0 customer service here. Also, Leslie working here and her male manager need both to learn how to manage client relationships, when to shut mouths and apologize looking for a solution and not causing even more problems

It’s really a great and large store with plenty of parking. Very good selection of products, can order online at store if a size is out of stock, customer friendly with great service. Best customer service ever! Very knowledgeable and super helpful. A little overpriced compared to other places, but they have almost any sports gear you might need.

Ordered 2 kayaks for curbside pick up. Checked in on the app. I waited 15min with no staff coming with my order. I called 3 times only to have the phone ring for 3mins and then disconnect the call. I walked into the store and 5 staff members were just standing around the registers hanging out with no customers in sight. Asked about my order and was told to go to the other side of the store to the other entrance. The other registers had one cashier with a line of 10 people. Now going on 35mims for curbside pickup with no help. Fine spoke to someone and they told me they didn't see any curd side pick ups I showed the check in on my phone and was told someone must have acknowledged the curbside request and then didn't do it due to the fact that they were kayaks and I needed to go rear of the store to the loading dock. Mind you I was all set with my straps and everything so I could put them on my roof rack quickly due to the fact it was raining pretty good. So I had to pull all my straps off and take my car to the rear of the store. 10min went by and finally some came out to the dock and had no clue what I was picking up. Told them what I was there for and they just got it finally handed me both 10ft kayaks and didn't help me get them on to my roof, also where not the nicest when retrieving my order. Had to spend another 10min getting the kayaks on my roof rack by myself. Moral of the story is none of the staff seem to care about any of the customers. They were all just doing their own thing. Curbside pickup took close to an hour and that isn't ok.

My husband wait wait 30 minutes just to try on soccer shoes. Scan and wait , brought the wrong item and disappear. Bad customer service. Management should look into the issues if want better business. Employee should have the support from the employer and customer will receive the best customer service.

While I really like the selection of goods at this location, the service here leaves much to be desired. I liked Nike tennis shoes and luckily it was my size on display so I tried one shoe. While I was deciding whether I want them, multiple staff members walked by and not one of them asked me if I needed any help. It’s like they are trying to run away from customers or ignore us on purpose. I finally found a screen to order the second shoe. A few minutes later a store associate walked out of the storage room and with no greeting handed me the shoe box and immediately walked away. It was my size but wrong color. I was too tired to look for another store associate. I ended up buying this pair and there was only one register open causing multiple people to queue up.
