I was assisted by Nick at this location. He provided excellent customer service! A+++ He helped me through the entire process of purchasing a canoe from decision-making to mounting it on my vehicle. He went above and beyond! The customer service he provided was top notch...you don't find that much anymore.
Stopped by to pickup some running shoes since my vapormax has a flat in the right shoe… 😂 And I was very pleased with how organized the shoes were on the shelves. I didn’t have any problems finding my size!

Let me preference by saying I live an hour and a half away and nothing in my small town is comparable for sports equipment.. anyways I ordered a baseball helmet for curbside pick up.. never got to see the item till I was about 30 mins away on my way to baseball practice when i noticed the helmet had defects.. upset I reached out to them through feedback section.. they got back to me IMMEDIATELY. More so the manager I think her name was Leah. Got me a new helmet over night shipped to my house in time for the next practice today. The effort that she put in. Wow I’ll forever do all my sports shopping here now… not curbside tho. 😂 but definitely inside. They go above and beyond. Best customer service I have EVER received. EVER. I now have one happy kiddo. P.S I’ll get first helmet sent back ❤️ TY again.
Manager is helpful, thorough and patient. He offers his expertise and knowledge with each purchase. The store was clean and most sections were tidy. Couldn't find my size in some items, but was not because of organization/mess. Rather, they were out of stock or didn't carry a size 5 shoe. Front desk woman was kind. Didn't see a whole bunch of staff on the floor at the exact time I was there, but it was with 1 hour left before closing and there were still several employees covering multiple sections. I do wish they had more lacrosse paraphernalia at this location.
