DICK'S Sporting Goods - Sporting goods store in Henderson - 1308 W Sunset Rd, USA

Great sales staff. I'm saddened they get "NO" commissions for all their hardwork and assistance. There is SOOO MUCH to choose from. I was waited on by Cherry and "Shayla"?? I forget the other girls name. I came in VERY, VERY late and no one in the store made a comment. The clerk that rang me up, made sure to ask if I was signed up for discounts and offers; Mirzah.. I needed a pair of workout sneakers and they were both great. We've shopped there for years but the Hubby buys more than I do.

I buy everything online. I do not enjoy shopping AT ALL. So I dreaded having to go back to exchange some shoes after Christmas. To my delight, I was served by the most knowledgeable shoe expert I have ever encountered. Although he was very busy, he took the time to guide me to the correct shoe based on my high arch and for the purpose I was needing the shoe. I'm telling you.... there are days I can barely walk after a long day, I'm on my feet so much. Thank you for having such wonderful staff like Tylan. He is an asset to your team!

I want to start off by saying that if you're in the market for anything outdoors, local sports or athletic gear this is the spot for you. It's definitely not cheap but it is high quality stuff take care of the biggest brands at a fair price but I cannot exaggerate enough it is not inexpensive you will be paying top dollar for top shelf gear. The employees are great and very knowledgeable in my experience.

I was in to holiday shop and the Store Manager Wade is the most disrespectful man. He made fun of my religion and my relationship with Christmas. Including but not limited to how I look because he thought I didn’t receive the service I wanted after I had asked for a stock check for a foam roller. No manager role does or says that. Never will shop here in my life as I have been a buyer for years.

Giving the 2 star because as I just got off the phone with customer service at headquarters asking them about their military discount policy! She let me know that it’s the managers discrepancy . So noted that this particular store in the Gallaria mall, off of sunset road in Henderson, NV doesn’t feel that serving your country at the very least deserves a discount. And plenty of money was spent, it’s not like we don't spend money there!

Good selection of products and brands. Well organized so you can easily find the brand you're looking for. Friendly staff.

This place is amazing!!!!! Anything you can think of for the athlete in you. Or the camper or hunter. Or adventurous human that goes in wild excursions in the Southwest! Hehe....take a look at the pics!

They have sporting goods and brands that you definitely need and want, that's the 2 stars I gave... BUT the customer service that my son and I received... APPALLED! Sales associate DJ was very rude to my son. I was shopping earlier in this store but had left before my son got there. My son had me on the phone so I heard how DJ spoke to him disrespectful. I use to enjoy shopping at this location but I will never walk into this location again.
