DICK'S Sporting Goods - Sporting goods store in Pembroke Pines - 11940 Pines Blvd, USA

This place gave my best friend a hard time with his bike that he bought there. He went to get it fixed and it took over a month to get it back. But the bike is still not fixed and they will not honor his warranty. So buyers, beware.

This store is extremely well organized, clean and well maintained. There are plenty of sports related products that are also very well priced. The staff are professional and friendly. I am very impressed and grateful to the manager, Herby, for resolving an issue I had so quickly and kindly. Brandon at the register was quick, helpful and knowledgeable. Great store to visit for all things sports. 🙌🏾

Horrible customer service. I will not be shopping here again. Go to professionals and experts for the expensive things you want to buy because they don’t know what they are doing here. They do not honor refunds or insurance purchased through them

Excellent service!!! We got what we needed and a very nice associate by the name of Nico was able to help us with everything our daughter needed for softball. He was very knowledgeable on gloves, and bats and had great customer service skills. We are very happy to have come to this store.

Love this store, it s amazing, things for every sport and most important for me is that they have everything for baseball with really fair prices. It is open until 9:30 and very nice and helpful staff.

Was there a long time looking for a gift and no one asked me if I needed assistance. Line at checkout. Asked twice for gift receipt and never got one. Noticed that the changing rooms are locked, have to wait for someone to open them.
