If big box stores wonder why they are losing business to online markets, they only have to look at their stellar customer service. Shopping for shoes on a Wednesday afternoon to be left in the department by ourselves (wife and I) for a lengthy period of time. Walked up to the front to ask for assistance and was told he’s by himself and on the phone. The distinction should have been made between a store phone or cell phone. When the salesman did come out, he was less than thrilled to help us. No apologies, no hello or thank you. We knew what we wanted and knew the store had the size needed so certainly not a difficult task. Shoes given to us, and again, nothing said but a quick turn and his back. Just another nail in the retail coffin!

Went here looking for a very specific pair of shoes. Walked in, showed the guy a pic of the label with no pic of the shoe and asked if he could find it by the model number. He walked RIGHT TO IT! That's a man who knows his job. He got us the right size and we were out in under 10 minutes (after wandering and shopping for other stuff, too.) That is some efficient shopping. We love this store! And this location has especially great service and very knowledgeable people.

I found the staff friendly and helpful and knowledgeable which is rarely found in the younger generation of today, quite refreshing

My daughter loves the sports apparel there. Very easy to find sizes.

Not a great experience with long Richardson here. Ordered online and didn’t get a confirmation email. Could be me? Everything showed in stock but when I went to pick up only one item was ready. Came back later and was told items on back order. Not a huge deal but having accurate inventory counts would be nice. Know I now to not rely on their order for something needed at a specifics date/ time. And the prices are pretty darn high IMO.

Easy returns, which brought us in. Then found some great gifts. Huge Yeti selection and extra lids! Staff friendly and helpful, even though it was busy.

The associate that ran us out was amazing! Great customer service!!! He went above and beyond to make sure an issue was resolved! He was working register at mall entrance right before close on Sunday with a FULL lane and still took time for us! Wish I caught his name... think it was Kevin? Thank you!!
