Positive: The room was large and clean. There was a small fridge and a microwave. The freezer in the fridge worked too. The bed was really comfy and the shower head was wonderful! It was close to my family and the price was very reasonable. Negative: No. Negative: ""
They were accommodating in allowing early check in. Room was very spacious. The only negative was the dresser had a mildew smell.

My husband & I came to Diboll in November for his job. We stayed at the Diboll Inn & Suites up||Until April 2017. The hotel's owners were AMAZING. Very attentive to our needs & requests. Our room was amazing & large. Cable was awesome. The owners filled the parking lot w/ extra lights. We had no complaints for the entire length of our stay. We highly recommend anyone that is passing through or needing to stay for a longer period of time, to stay there. You will not have any complaints after your stay. They do meet your every need. The parking lot or cleaned & swept daily. The price is great. Beds that or so comfortable also. We had problems & felt safe. Ty. The Robertson's
This place is an absolute hidden gem! I was afraid when i booked that i would end up in a dive, but choices are limited in this small of a town. I was PLEASANTLY surprised! Everything has been updated. The entire room was like brand new. I don’t know what mattresses they use, but they are AMAZING! The showers are the coolest part. Something you’d expect in a 5 star hotel. My only negative was that the water is too soft or it was the extremely small soap bars they provide, but it’s my fault for forgetting my soap. We will be here in June for business again and WILL be staying here.
The rooms are very clean, the bed was very nice and comfortable. The front desk was very kind and compassionate my car broke down 14 miles from the hotel so I arrived in a tow truck at my witts end and was able to book a room at that very moment. The rates a great for this place. Will stay here on my next trip!
Making a reservation online is very buggy. it will take your credit card number with no problem but will not send a confirmation number, so you have to call in and made the reservation all over again talking to a person. meanwhile, your credit card that you may have entered when attempting the reservation is still out there somewhere in cyberspace. ||||The rooms are modern, as the hotel is only under 10 years old.The rates are fair, usually under $60 a night. There was a strand of blonde hair on the hair dryer that kinda grossed me out. My bed's mattress must've had a lot of miles on it as it sagged on the right hand side which is not good for anyone's back alignment. The mini refrigerator in my room did not get that cold.|||| But all in all, it was not a bad stay. It was quiet room and quiet outside. This hotel was originally a Best Western that lasted only a year before it was sold and bought by the current owner. When the new owner bought it one of the first things he did was fill the swimming pool up with concrete. So do not expect a pool. That's about all I gotta say about this place. ||||Oh, there is a laundry matt next door owned by the hotel owner. A Mexican food restaurant is also on the opposite side of the highway.
Real nice park.. water pad.. playgrounds.. trails to walk. Concrete paths to and from parking. Right beside a creek .. covered basketball court .. softball fields.. lots of space to fly a kite or throw a frisbee
