We went knowing that there was a recent hurricane, so expected a different kind of experience. The staff was wonderful, as were amenities. The room, however, was horrid. We were in an efficiency with a 2 burner stove, a small fridge and a microwave. If you're offering a way to cook food, you need to offer a way to eat it! There was no table and no chairs except one upholstered chair. We ate off an ironing board (my husband found it in the closet) while sitting on the bed. Washing dishes was also a joy - not! There was a wooden shelf bove the sink which held the microwave that I kept hitting my forehead on every time I looked down to wash something. These rooms need a complete gut and redesign.
10/10 stay, most definitely will be staying there again the next time I visit Daytona. We were literally so close to the water I listened to the waves clash against the shore for several minutes before falling asleep peacefully in the nice cool beds they have in the resort. Great Experience 👍🏿
Very friendly staff! Great location to pier and shops. Outdoor pool was great and kept nice and warm! The kids loved the water slide, if it is turned off just ask staff and they will turn it on. The lady running daytime crafts and games in the activity center was so kind to our children. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
I arrived Sunday evening. Check in was very efficient & very helpful. Concierge was very pleasant. I stayed in the efficiency room which was very nice. No balcony but we did have a window view of the ocean. Room was beautiful!! Neat & clean!!! Room had a mini fridge & stove top that you can cook on. Resort was in a great location. Resort is right on the beach & close to several restaurants. Pool/jacuzzi areas (indoor & outdoor) were also very clean & plenty of loungers. However, people seem to want to "hog" the seating with umbrellas. Over all my stay was very enjoyable & I would recommend this resort to everyone... Thank You Diamond Resort for such a wonderful vacation!!
We live coming here to go to the beach. The rooms are spacious, and the pool and hot tub Are great. Even the tiki bar has great food and drinks. Love this place, just don't get trapped into sitting through one of their time share presentations. They promise you it will only be 1 hour, and then you're stuck there for 4 hours. AVOID the update meetings or presentations!
The Daytona Regency where we stay every year in March for bike week. My cousin owns rights to a suite here. It's an older hotel, and is in definite need of updates. It has been owned by Diamond Resorts for years, but Hilton has now purchased it so hopefully there will be major NICE, NEW changes made. I've been there every year for the last 15 years, and they've only replaced furniture once during that time. The living room bureau has 6 drawers that have NEVER worked properly. It's a running joke with us each year: will the bureau have been replaced or not? The Staff is GREAT. Pool, right on the beach, nice cabana for drinks and snacks. indoor pool and hot tub, also.
Place was clean and comfortable. Room not very sound proof - door to hallway had open space all around the frame. The good news is we didn't have to turn any lights on at night because there was plenty of light coming in from the hall.
The hotel staff is very kind. The rooms are a little outdated, but clean enough and have everything you need to be comfortable for a week.
Try to avoid rooms ending in 00-06, example our room 306 had a wonderful view of the garbage for this resort and those next door. The patio sits 20 feet maybe above the trash compactor. Great to hear at random hours.
In addition, room shades are either open with full view into the room from parking garage right across the street, or closed and completely dark in the room. They could really use some sheer curtains to help with this issue.
Would recommend if you don't spend a ton of time in your room.

Sadly we didn't have the pool this year like normal due to the hurricane damage from last year. But the walk to the beach wasn't bad and we could drive and park near the entrance. Anyways, we've been coming here for 5yrs now.. I love the place. Great
I was at Daytona Resort & Club visiting a friend that has a timeshare with his parents and himself. The condo seemed pretty nice and the jacuzzi was perfect with the cold weather that Daytona was experience.
This place is the best. If you have kids they can play in the courtyard. Where else can you play in luxurious grass right by the ocean. We were here the week of Halloween in unit 12. We carved pumpkins and put them outside our door. We flew kites. No
One may recall the story of Alice in Wonderland. It depicts a young lady who saw very unusual things: large was small, small was large, and all sorts of distortions were recorded. This is the case with Seven Seas.

Staying in a studio. Very large open room with large windows facing the ocean. Light and airy. One minor maintenance issue. They were there within 5 minutes and had it done within 10 minutes. Staff is very friendly.
I had a great time while staying here in room 902. When we arrived Ms. Lori made us feel welcomed. The concierge set us up for a time share presentation, which we enjoyed but decided not to proceed with it. For our time we get a free prize, like a cr
