I stayed at Diamond Post care 4/2024 and they exceeded my expectations in every way. The home is cleaned top to bottom every single day. The caretakers are there 24/7 and incredibly quick to answer when you ring for them. The meals were also very generous portions and SO VERY TASTY! They literally receive you right from your car when you arrive from your procedure. They check your vitals right away and make sure you eat some soup before taking your medications. The soup was as good as my mom’s and that’s saying A LOT! When it came to ladies getting showers, massages (for those who wished to purchase them) and to and from follow up appointments- these women are a well oiled machine. I never had to question their competence. They very sincerely knew what they were doing and acted in the best interest of those in their care. I would absolutely stay there again if I needed care following a procedure. I highly recommend them!
My experience at Diamond Post Care was nothing but wonderful! All the girls are nice and they truly care for you and your recovery. They make sure you are comfortable and Okay. The food is amazing, healthy and delicious, served always on time and enough to fit a family with just one plate 😅 I already miss my cuban coffee in the mornings. A home away from home. I was well taken care of here. Staff and owner are amazing and caring. The masseuse is caring and gentle. The food is delicious and I felt very safe there. They spoil their patients/guests. I recommend this recovery home 100%!
I can’t express how happy and satisfied I’m with Diamond post care. I stayed 8 days here after having a surgery and it did meet all of my expectations. Really and truly couldn’t be happier . The stuff members are awesome and they give me care and love and respect you feel you are home with your family . Food is awesome, place is clean very loving and caring people. It was my birthday and they had a cake , ice cream , flower and balloons for me that night I was so grateful that they even thought about me . They didn’t have to do that . Transportation is on time no delay no trouble . I do recommend this place , I was happy with this place more than I was happy with the surgery it self 😂. Wish them the best ❤️
I had an amazing experience with my stay at Diamond Post Care. The house is so clean you can eat off the floor. The staff is so caring and welcoming. THEY TREAT you like family. There’s nothing I would change about this place. You don’t have to worry about anything they take care of your every needs from bathing to feeding. You are given a round trip to and from the surgery center and they also do a round trip from and the airport. You get three meals a day and the food is DELICIOUS. I’ve heard of bad experiences with other recovery centers and Diamond Post Care is NO where in those categories. ALL I HAVE TO SAY, IF YOU DO NOT BOOK HEREEEEEE,,,, you’re not looking for ABOVE AND BEYOND 🤞🏽 I wish I had of taken pictures but I was to busy getting taken care of 😉
From the moment they picked me up from my surgery center I felt right at home. When I got there I didn’t have an appetite and was in so much pain. They picked up my meds and hand fed me to make sure that I ate while taking them. They were so gentle and caring that it made me feel as if I was back home with mom. The food there was delicious! From breakfast to dinner! The unlimited drinks and snacks was definitely well needed! My recovery process here went so well that I wouldn’t trade it for anything in this world. I didn’t want to leave that I kept extending my nights! These ladies became my family and I definitely will recommend or use them in the future.
