not in the best part of town. a/c was good. prompt checkin. other than someone trying to break into my room at 4 am, it was an alright stay. be aware almost all of the room at the place had bent window frames from people trying to break into them lol.
When I stay here me and kids got bed bug bite and the room was dirty. I had to report it to the front desk and they told me they would contact pest control. I wanted a refund.
Positive: Check in was easy, I had requested if I could check in before 3 pm and it was granted Negative: When I first entered the room it had a musky, swampy type of smell, But i sprayed the room and got the ac going. I was staying 3 nights, and had to have my card reactivated every time i left the premises. Other than that it was a good trip. Negative: ""
Really bad experience, the worst experience ever in my life, the little Indian guy was very rude and racist, don’t go there.👎👎👎👎👎
We ended up at the Diamond Inn after the area Best Western hotels bumped our reservation when they were over booked. The manager at the Diamond Inn was very nice, and offered us the only non-smoking room he had (a suite). The room was quite large and had a new coat of paint. The room looked clean upon first inspection, but after we got in and turned on all the lights, it was terrible. Stained bedsheets. Cigarette burns (in a non smoking room). Something had been splattered all over one of the walls. Gum was on the headboard. And there was some kind of smell that lingered through the night and made my nose curl. If I had had any other choice, I would have stayed elsewhere. I'm giving the hotel two stars mostly because they were there only place I could find to put my family that night, and I do truly appreciate that. The manager was also quite nice and approachable.
The place is very convenient, and the room is nice, clean, and spacious. The hotel desk attendant gave me a discount for my additional 3 more days of stay. The housekeeping staff always change the beddings everyday, and provide new and fresh sets of towels, and toiletries. A/C is working just fine to maintain desired room temperature. Parking is very convenient, too. Very satisfied.
The rooms are ok if your just passing through, they have a strong smell from covering up the stench. Bed is soft sheets were clean tv was awful, holes all in the wall.. some sockets didn’t work, shower is gross! toilet is decent surprising, graffiti everywhere... over all i give it 3/10, do not recommend this hotel, especially if you have kids .
If I could give this place negative stars I would!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It is disgusting and dangerous. Hotel room doors don’t lock when you leave. Toilet in my room had been leaking for a long time. My room smelled disgusting and the bed had stains on it. I actually had someone else’s hair on my pillow. Air conditioner filled with mold. please spend your money elsewhere!!
