Diamond Inn Motel - Motel in Milwaukee - 6222 W Fond du Lac Ave, USA

Very bad place. Nasty rooms not cleaned at all. Charged a key deposit and didn’t want to return it. The little indian girl and manager at the desk steals from customers, and are allowed to stay in business in Milwaukee. I don’t understand why Diamond Inn is open. Who makes the decisions or who does the health inspections here? Can’t be a passing grade, it just can’t be.

Rude manager rude workers rooms are never clean dirty showers toilet I found a Crack pipe in my room as well as a condom behind the headboard, if that doesn't do it they also have roaches everywhere and mice. The manager super sketchy I wanted to pay with my credit card and he demanded cash only.....I told him about the roach I found in my room and I had pictures as well as video, I got no refund no type of credit no apologies no nothing !!!

These rooms are filthy! The floors are so dirty & sticky we had to wear our shoes. The mattresses squeak with every slight movement, & are never quiet. They sound of gunfire, speeding cars & police sirens all night long. Checkout is 11am, NOT A MINUTE LATER OR THEY'LL POUND THE DOOR UNTIL YOU LEAVE. The Indian girl told us we had to go at 11am because the male housekeeper was getting aggressive! REALLY?? WHO SAYS THAT?? Second unfortunate stay was because everything in the area was booked, we had no choice so we gave it another shot. The older gentleman at the front desk was a refreshing polite & kind change from the snippy little Indian girl. The girl actually knocked on our door at 10:58am then immediately LET HERSELF INTO OUR ROOM!! We weren't even dressed and needed a bit more time. I've NEVER stayed at a hotel or motel that was so rude and kicked you out EXACTLY AT THE STATED TIME! THIS PLACE HAS NO HOSPITALITY WHATSOEVER except for the kind elder gentleman with the white beard. He should teach them how to be human. WORST HOTEL/MOTEL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! I'd rather sleep in the car. I would give it ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

I was doing a delivery so I can't say much about the place except for it needs work. Didn't look too inviting. I have bad memories of this place because a friend of mine was shot and killed on the balcony about 20 years ago. So I just wanted to be gone.

The room was nice. I didn't have to book in advance. Very nice person checked in myself and my husband. I love the volume control. I didn't have to have the T V screaming at me. The rate was reasonable. I will stay there if I'm back in Milwaukee again.

It was ok. The room was outdated but my room was clean and very warm. Staff members were nice- very conveniently located close to my house so I will stay again as long as the room is clean and I continue to receive courteous service. I only stay 1 night so the negatives doesn't outweigh the positives.

Find for occasion pit stops for pricing hotel, motel accommodations,,results vary in date, and also time. No remote batteries, front desk service gets shock thoughts to minor truth when resuming. It's not the least of a Mangers concern, just physics. You rent and room, You follow the guidelines with you State Decision and background check of approval. Some won't except and are great look, but your need a car to stay. Rules???

The daimond inn is in no way a great, good, nice, place to stay. They are rude and doing my stay i was attacked by bed bugs! They did not give me a different room or my money back. I stood up standing all night till the morning. During checkout a different staff member, a manager was there. When i showed him the bedbugs he laughed and said thats nothing! Clearly there were three bedbugs dead in his face while he's laughing, he tries to dump them off on the counter. I saved one from beingpushed under the rug. Like they do with all the dirt.. Then i was told that the police will be called if i didn't remove myself from the property.
