Was “upgraded” to an ocean view room for an extra $75 a night. The rooms were lack luster, and the room was not worth it. Also, during my trip the workers went on strike so everything was closed on the resort. Ended up checking out 2 days into our 7 day stay.
The only hang up I had was how packed everything was. We couldn’t fit in the pool without touching other people and the whole area is off the charts with humans. Hilton maximizes profits minimizes experience at this location, not like others I use regularly.
There is only one pool slide open at a time and the morning one is just tiny.
I feel like they should at least have the pool slides open if the place is packed but no.
Really enjoy the location but there are probably other places that would be more enjoyable to spend time nearby.
Rooms were rundown, No and I mean No hot water. In one of the rooms the toilet stopped working. So I reported it with the cleaning Lady at 8 am. Got back at 9 pm and toilet still hadn't been fixed. So went to the front desk. No repair ticket had been turned in. We were pissed and sent someone to fix it the manager offered to give us $100 dollars off. Which we're still waiting for. We were told that Blackrock owns this hotel. Which explains why it's a Dump.
I was moved to this location during my stay. My room was very decent, aircon worked, comfortable, and the tower is located near the uber/lyft pickup which is very convenient. Also the business centre near you. My tower on the 9th floor had really decent views on the balcony.
Rooms are a bit older looking than Tapas tower, but rooms were clean.
Placed in the Diamond Head Tower on 12th floor facing pool and Tapa Bar. Loud, live music until ~10pm every night. Old and outdated tower that has a run down look and vibe. Worn carpets, peeling paint, worn furniture. Asked for a Diamond Member upgrade but not happening unless I paid $50 more/night. Large, crowded and noisey. If you're coming to Hawaii and want to experience the Aloha spirit, look elsewhere. After my 6th time staying here, I am DONE!
Staying in Diamond Tower. No cutlery, bowls, plates, toaster, kettle or microwave in room. But all the stores inside resort sell toasted, cereals or microwave food options???
This hotel tower was the worst of the 4 towers in the Hilton Village that we saw. Carpets were old, stained, and dirty. We ended up paying a little more to move towers to Tapa Tower because my wife was upset we were spending $3k to feel like we were living in squalor.
I'd avoid at the price point. Better places for cheaper in central Waikiki.
The hotel is very nice and modern. Everything is new and in good condition. The location is very central close to everything. I stayed in the ocean view room for 6 nights. The view is very pretty, and you can see Friday night fireworks from my bedroo
This hotel is a great place to stay while staying in Hawaii. I haven't had a bad experience while staying here.
The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you with any questions. The rooms are perfect size for a vacation and updated for t
Ono, soo ono. If you enjoy the taste and feel of each bite in your mouth, this is the place for local, healthy, ono eats. Fresh every single time. This is the first time in my life that I have eaten at one restaurant three (3) times IN THE FIRST WEEK
Shoot was - as expected - amazing. Stunning mastery of technique, patter, and showmanship. Hilarious sense of humour, was great at working the crowd and had a lot of warmth and heart incorporated into his performance, and the story he told throughout

I have been searching and searching for great biscuits and gravy like I used to get back in Texas, and OMG these were so so so so much better than that. Did something different and went with the chicken biscuits and gravy and was happily surprised at
