I was checked in immediately upon arrival. The receptionist was friendly, patient and attentive. I waited for about 10 minutes before being called to the back. The tech was also friendly and welcoming. She acclimated me to the area and gave me clear instructions that were easy to understand. The test was exactly as she explained.
I actually went to the Westbank/Ave C location and I loved it. Been there a few times now and they are always quick, nice and professional. Tisha helped get my CT Scan scheduled since it was time sensitive. She went over and beyond during my time of need and in severe pain. It’s always nice to have a positive helpful person and she was just that. I wish I could’ve thanked her in person
They acknowledged me when I walked in, they were fast, I don't wait long, the young lady I see when walk inside the door and pass when I leave from the MRI scan test is so professional. I definitely recommend this place. The only thing I didn't like was the MRI noise.
I felt very welcomed entering DIS. Very clean and very cheerful place at 7 in the morning. Go ladies. From the the time I entered till I left, I felt like everyone really cared about me. Very good group you have there. Felt like I known them forever.
The receptionist was great and very friendly. The young lady that did my ultrasound made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything to me before she started the ultrasound, she was patient and kind. Most clinics you get staff that are not so friendly but my experience at DIS the staff gave positive attitude, smiling faces and genuine care. Thank you 😊
They were really fast. Only took me about 10 or 15 minutes to do my Bone Density. The technician was very nice.
Staff addressed me immediately with a pleasant voice and demeanor. When called to be seen, I saw another staff member who set up for next step, X-ray. My visit went smoothly and quickly.
Being slid into a tight tunnel in the middle of a giant noisy machine can be VERY scary. But MRIs and other scans are imperative so doctors can ensure the best care plan for their patients- DIS is the only place i choose to go when my doc needs imaging. They have the very best team with the best bedside manner to ease you through each test comfortably. Thank you DIS, for making Rex and I feel safe!
