I was not happy at first when I found out DIS had lost my order. I had called to schedule an appointment and was told they had not received it. I contacted the doctor’s office and they said they had faxed it and received notification that it was received. After four calls to DIS and being told they didn’t have it and several messages back and forth between myself and my provider, I was frustrated and was going to “quit” my provider. Provider sent second order in. Turned into a week’s delay. However, the actual experience of getting my MRI was very pleasant. All team members were very pleasant and it was easy registration, procedure and no wait time to speak of.
I had three different tests run on the same day. The staff scheduled everything to be done within one hour! They even made sure all the orders were in place so the tests could be performed. Clean, quick, efficient!
