Devils Fork Park - Park in Higden - Unnamed Rd,, USA

This is a great park. Many nice features. Swimming, bath houses/bathrooms (did not visit), boat launches etc. Did not see a playground. Some of the sites are not flat. We moved from D section to C section for that reason. The new spot is paved where you park. Plenty of room for our motor home and pickup. Picnic table and fire rings at each site we saw. Currently there is a fire ban as it has been unseasonably hot. Around 8/25. Staying 6 nights. Electricity, dump station, potable water available. Electricity at all sites. Some have water, none have sewer. Very large park with nice sized spots. Not too close to other spots. Trees at most places. Many spots have views of the lake. See pic's.

Great area. Lake is beautiful. Great view from our spot (b11)People here are friendly. No water hookup in area B next to the lake. Spots across the road share with neighbor. The bathrooms in area C are uninhabitable, very dirty and stinks to high heaven. The bathrooms in B are nice and everything works. Showers are great. Overall a nice stay will do again. In B on the spot with water.

This is one of my all time favorite parks. The camp sights ( especially the "C" sights) are breathtaking! Plus 2 awesome, sandy swim areas, equipped with free to use life jackets. And a awesome pirate ship playground next to a large, well maintained pavilion. If you're in the area, it's worth just cruising through and taking in the sights.

Great campground, boat launches and swim area

Biscuits were cooked on a campfire. As you can tell there ain't no glamping at my campsite. The only thing I didn't do was rub two sticks together to start my fires. But I am fully capable of doing that. As for Devil's Fork it's a great place.

Nice RV campground, but beaches are concrete and just a separate pile of sand. Really nice view of the lake from lots of areas around the peninsula.

Great place to cool off and camp. Try to get a place off the water and it's like true wilderness camping here
