Great option for a tasty, all-beef, hot dog at an affordable price, especially when you're on the go. If hot dogs aren't your thing, the chicken sandwich is a great option as well. Friendly service. No place to sit down, but there's a small stand-up counter where you can eat inside.
Got a famous Chicago dog. Well it’s a lot of stuff on it! Maybe a little too much, I couldn’t taste sausage very well underneath everything else. But overall it was perfect good. I don’t think I will get it again, but it was worth a try. Staff was very friendly and there is a lot of other items on the menu!
Great staff friendly and smily and fast service If you looking for burger joint this is not the one from my experience, I ordered the back yard single burger. it seems to be they good at there hot dogs and they known for it, I love the fact they got fresh fries, won’t come back for burgers but yes to fries And I will try hot dogs next time
Great customer service. I had the 4 strips and 1 out of 4 was not cooked long enough. It was thicker than the other ones so it should have been cooked longer. Means alot to me. I love chicken strips. So when it’s not cooked I can tell. It was good other then that
at the risk of sounding like a broken record, this was a simply amazing hot dog. it's fairly cheap at around $5, and the Chicago hot dog was stellar. The other reviews and its reputation are right on point! keep up the good work and keep those prices low!
What can I say.. the staff here is what makes the place! Super friendly and the food is everything you could ask for in a hotdog/burger place. Clean, quality and at a great price. Check this location out when you’re in Chicago or if you live here. I give this place 5⭐️ Jerry (the pigeon) gives it 5.5⭐️ For more food recommendations check out #JerryThePigeon on Instagram
We were in Chicago could not decide which hot dog place to go to as there were just to many to choose from. We ended up near downtown Chicago and after finding a place close to Devil Dawg to park, we really enjoyed to 2 block walk from our parking structure to here. It was only 38 degrees and a bit drizzling out but very enjoyable and good to see some old style buildings. The Devil Dawg did not disappoint as it was a small place embedded in one of the buildings along the street. They only had room for standing eating on a counter that fits maybe 5-6 people at the most. The man that took our order was super nice and answered all our questions as we waited for our orders. Each of us got something different as my New Navy grandson ordered the Chicago Dog. All of our dogs were great as well as the fries that came with our order. We were able to walk across the street to a corner coffee & donut shop (Stan’s Donuts & Coffee) to sit down and enjoy our hot dogs inside (I will write a review on them too). We may try to come here sometime during the summer to enjoy their outdoor life around town. What a great experience going here and I truly recommend trying this at least once.
Saw this place when searching for a hotdog joint on Google Maps. Went there looking for a sit down place but this was takeout only. There was a spot at the counter by the window so we were able to enjoy our food while we were there. I got the Big Chicago Dog, fries and a chocolate shake. Might be the best hot dog I’ve had. Shake was fantastic. Really enjoyed it will definitely go there again but would like to find a location with seating to sit down and relax after the long walk to get there.
Place feels like home when you walk in, and the food and service is awesome! I highly recommend the meatball sandwich, ive eaten all over the city for the last 33 years.Best I've ever hadð thanks for keeping Chicago style alive.
As a continuation with eats from âMade in Chicago: Stories Behind 30 Great Hometown Bitesâ, my next stop was Fat Johnnies but NOT for The Mother In Law (as stated in the book) but rather the Mighty Dog. This is essentially the MIL but add a hot
We used Fat Tommyâs to rent their hot dog and ice cream cart for our sonâs birthday party, and it was such a fun time! Our guests really thought the idea was unique and enjoyed being able to just grab food and treats. I corresponded with Dan to s
Nice place for a quick hot dog. There is no space inside for dining in if you want to eat your hot dog there. The hot dogs are pretty good and very tasty and are served pretty quickly.
Awwww man⦠Iâd still be there eating if I had another stomach. All the flavors you can handle. I loved the Italian beef sandwich oh and the Chicago dog was epic. The gyro caught my attention and so much more on the menu. Iâll be back.
This apartment was a great find for us. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space to fit us all comfortably. Importantly for our group the kitchen is well equipped - there have been many places we've stayed where there aren't enough bowls an
I'm writing this review after taking a full year of classes at Vibez. Initially, I bought class packs and then signed up for the monthly membership (8 classes a month) once I knew it was a good fit. Over the course of 2023, I lost more than 20 pounds
My son absolutely loves LifeTough Kids Boxing. He is in his second session, now in intermediates and we canât wait to see where the next level takes him. The coaches are absolutely incredible and the time and dedication they put towards the kids
Ive been coming to the Garage Gym heavy AF classes for 6 weeks now and absolutely love them! I was previously just doing one class a week and purchased the five pack, but I decided to move forward with a membership to start going multiple times a wee
In Chicago and stopped by this place. Grand opening for them. Wonderful people with a great spirit overall. Had a chance to dive into the whole thing of coffee coming from Ethiopia after meeting their African-American roaster of coffee. Lovely time -

I tell all my friends who visit Chicago, or move there to check out Fly Club. The instructors are top-tier and it's a privilege to have so much talent in one facility. The spaces are beautiful, and the community is very welcoming. Even if you're a gu
I recently joined CrossFit Park Ridge and hands down, best choice Iâve made. Very warm and welcoming community. Workouts are challenging and never boring. And coaches are great! My only regret is not joining sooner. If youâre ready and serious a
We love Cafe Calida so much. We came here our last two mornings of our trip and regretted not coming earlier. Great menu with delicious pastries. My husband got a mocha and I got a Chai latte and they were both so delicious. Our first morning we came
Pizza was great. I love this style of pizza. Itâs a great place for a low key date night. Prices were extremely reasonable, especially for the quality. It is a family run business, the family has 2 generations of pizza making experience. Itâs a s
