Developer Inn Orlando North, a Baymont by Wyndham - Hotel in Altamonte Springs - 235 Wymore Rd, USA

I recently stayed at this property for three nights on a leisure trip to Florida. The price of the stay was very reasonable and I found the hotel to be close to all the things I needed. My trip wasn’t about Disney, more about Orlando and a spot of shopping at some of the many near by malls to this property.||My room was ready when I arrived and I was assigned a ground floor room, 146 around the side of the building.||First impressions of the hotel were good. The reception area has clearly been renovated. It’s bright and welcoming and smells absolutely amazing. It looks more like a hotel than a motel.||I got to my room and was pleasantly surprised, even though it looked run down and sketchy from the outside. I liked that I was able to park right outside my door very much.||Nice big comfy bed with lovely clean sheets, super ice cold air conditioning, a nice cold refrigerator and microwave, flat screen TV, reliable WiFi and a lovely clean bathroom, well stocked with clean towels and toiletries.||The motel was quiet after nightfall allowing me to sleep well throughout my stay.||The free breakfast is a lovely touch, albeit it just snacks and coffee but more than enough to kick start your day. There’s also free coffee available all day in the reception area which I also really liked.||The most amazing thing about this place and the single reason I’d be happy to stay here again is its employees. I don’t think I’ve ever met such a friendly, charming and welcoming bunch of people in all the hotels I stayed at. They treated me like I was a friend and nothing was too much trouble. Collectively they all spent time chatting with me and made me feel so welcome and I absolutely commend them for their consistent warmth and kindness.|As a solo traveller, genuine conversation with people is such an important part of my day and these guys outdid the rest by miles.||The only thing that I can mention that really needs to be improved is the general cleanliness of the floors and the doors in the room. The inside of the front door was pretty gross and could really have done with a good scrub and most of all, the floors in my room. They were beyond filthy and I had to throw away my socks at the end of my stay as they were absolutely black. They just need a really good scrub!!||The pool still isn’t fixed and I note from previous reviews, this has been a problem for some time. A touch naughty as the pool was actually one of the things that persuaded me to book here. You can’t even sit outside around it, the whole area is closed off which is a real shame.||Other than that, this place offers value for money in a convenient location right off the Interstate 4, with great staff and lovely service. I would absolutely stay here again.

I've stayed here a few times weekly for work. Our most recent stay has been by far the best experience so far. The rooms are more comfortable and the staff actually goes to extra mile. Every staff member I have encountered have been easy to talk to and very helpful when needed. A BIG special, Thank you to Kisha at the front desk for assisting me with my booking issues when price line had no more answers for me.

A wonderful experience at a fair price. The beds are hard, which for me was a win. I got some of the best sleep I've had in a long time, the pillows were good enough that I didn't snore at a hotel for once. The bathroom is my one major complaint about the hotel, it was surprisingly small, with the door almost scraping the toilet when you open it. The shower lacked in water pressure, but it was soft water. The location is both a great and terrible spot. Its directly next to I4, however there were about 30 food places within 10 minutes of it, several gas stations, and even a couple late night bites. The pool was closed at the time. For a two night stay, and receiving a discount through my job, it was worth the price I paid!

Positive: Price is lower than most hotels in the region. Front desk staff has been friendly and accommodating. AC, microwave and small fridge work good. Negative: No washer and dryer. It is situated in a major intersection. Too many extremely loud car mufflers disrupting sleep. Earplugs are must! Internet speed aren't the best. Some inconvenience hotel rules as cannot exchange room if extending.

Positive: Comfortable stay. And your employee Keep her she went above and beyond her job description for us and we appreciate that keep up the good work. Negative: Having to check out every 14 days anything you don't like that myself

Positive: Friendly and courteous front desk staff. Microwave, fridge and AC works good. Negative: No washer or dryer. Excessive loud outside noises from maintenance and loud car mufflers. Need earplugs and earphones to survive staying here. Poor internet speed, mostly around 2-5 mbps. Connection drops often. Small bathroom and shower tub. Tight space.

Positive: the prices and breakfastA special mention od appreciation for Hotel employee at the front desk. She was both kind and very helpful. Negative: I never get refreshed towels, even when I specifically request them after several days. The order goes to housekeeping but dies there.

Positive: Best: staff nice Negative: No extra toilet paper! Purchased own, No towel exchange (Not enough for every room) Always asked but NO!$100 deposit. Breakfast is muffins, coffee, orange's- cereal NO milk Everyday for a week.
