Detox Yoga Winghaven - Yoga studio in O'Fallon - 3004 Winghaven Blvd, USA

I recently started at Detox yoga and I can already tell you this is BY FAR the best hot yoga studio in the St Louis metro area. I have been to them all and nothing compares to Detox. The facilities are top notch, beautifully designed/decorated. Always clean. The men’s changing area is very nice and has 2 showers. More importantly, the instructors I have taken classes from are all super talented. I have taken classes so far from Lauren, Angie, and Lexi. They are all AMAZINGLY talented teachers. They construct great classes and have perfect cueing and instructions. They are all very knowledgeable about yoga, constantly improving themselves and super nice people. The studio offers a wide variety of classes, warm yoga, hot yoga, yin, lots of workshops, so there is something that will appeal to everyone. The intro offer of 30 days for $30 is a great deal. I highly recommend this studio.

I've been to a couple different hot yoga studios and Detox is by far my favorite. Everyone is welcoming, no matter your level of experience. The studio is beautiful. Small details like dim lighting in the yoga room and a cold towel at the end of practice make it very relaxing. They also have awesome instructors (especially Kaylee)!

The instructors are great and Detox offers a real sense of community. I came to just "give it a try" and never left. The studio offers all kinds of workshops and classes making it easy for anyone to find a place to start. The studio space is clean has great attention to detail - showers with towels and shampoo and a variety of beautiful clothing and snacks for sale. Detox Yoga makes my life better!

My last 2 Detox Hot classes led by Lauren and Lexi were noticeably more intense than usual. I appreciate having a class available to me that will consistently push me to my limits. I have been coming to detox yoga for a little over a month now. I started on the 30 for 30 trial and it was the best decision I ever made. I feel like yoga is apart of my lifestyle now. I went to another hot yoga studio on and off but this is the best one in the St. Louis area. It’s clean , everybody is nice, & you can be yourself and get the workout you need. I like really the intense workouts. I always feel the challenge in every 5 am class with Julie . I fell in love with it so much that I canceled my gym membership. It’s definitely a good investment for your overall health and even as a hobby. Working out hasn’t been fun until now.

Four years ago I started going to Detox Yoga Studios based on a friend's recommendation to try hot yoga 🔥🧘‍♀️. Little did I know how much yoga would become a vital part of my life, strengthening my mental and physical health. I love the Detox studio's heated classes for all levels of yogis. If you've never considered yoga... you owe it to yourself to give it a try. And Detox Yoga is a great place to start! Benefits of yoga include: 🧘‍♀️ increased flexibility, strength and balance 🧘‍♀️ stress relief, lower anxiety and brighter moods 🧘‍♀️ more energy in the day and better sleep at night 🧘‍♀️ enhanced immunity, joint, heart, lung and brain function I could go on and on, but to sum it up... Yoga allows you to find a new kind of freedom that you may not have known ever existed. I encourage everyone to give it a try. 💗

First time in the studio today. It is relaxing and beautiful. Courtney was our instructor and she was great! Felt very welcome and enjoyed the class a lot.

Detox Yoga has had such a significant impact on my life since starting my yoga journey here 1.5 years ago. April has put so much thought into every aspect of both this studio and the Wentzville location. Every Detox teacher I have met is friendly and professional. The variety of classes available make yoga accessible to all ages and skill levels. If you’ve been thinking of trying yoga, DO IT! Warm Vinyasa was the class I started out with initially and is still my favorite.
