I have worked with Design IT Solutions for years. I appreciate that Daniel and his team do all they can to keep our systems safe, secure and functioning. I tell Daniel often that I think he does an amazing job selecting team members and whatever he is doing in his hiring process pays off! When it comes to team members who have recently helped me out the most, I have to say that Chris S. is AMAZING! He has helped me with so many unique reports and IT issues, which of course, ALWAYS seem to surface at the worst times! In my experience, Chris has always been willing to do anything he can to help, is quick to connect with me and responsive to my concerns! Thanks Design IT for all you do!

I have worked with Design IT for over 10 years and their service has always been top notch. Over the last 6 months in my new job role at Spine Team Spokane, I have personally interacted with Chris Simmons the most, and I can say that he is super knowledgeable about our electronic medical records system and has helped me on numerous projects and has finished them in a timely fashion. Erik with Design IT Solutions was the best virtual assistant (and pretty great in person, too!) to help me solve computer issues, find a workable solution, and ultimately get up and running with a state-of-the art laptop to take my work to the next level. Erik is absolutely 'next level'!

We are a primary care clinic and have been working with Design IT Solutions for 20+ years. They help with our software and hardware needs in the office including, medical records software, compliance, faxing, phone service, malware protection, HIPPA compliance, printers, internet service, cloud service, and many other things. Chris Simmons has been are main person who works with our computerized medical records software and he is excellent. The team is very good at answering phone calls when needed and solving problems and keeping our system up to date. I highly recommend them.

I don’t know how these people got all 5 stars in other reviews, but the company services are awful. Ignorant and scatterbrained, cannot find their own notes on their service logs. Not paying attention to information provided, therefore troubleshooting takes forever. I am speechless as I have never encountered so much incompetence and laziness from IT support.

We have used Design IT Solutions for a few years and the service we receive is amazing. They have saved us a few times. Everyone there is so nice and helpful and Aaron always goes above and beyond. Thanks guys!!
