The Desert Rose Resort & Cabins is an oasis in Bluff, Utah. My cabin was perfect! Clean, comfortable, well appointed with everything I needed to clean up and rest after a week of camping. The bed was comfortable and the bedding soft and warm. I loved the view of the mountains out my window. The lobby was beautifully decorated in dark wood, and the personnel at the front desk courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good, especially enjoyed the chia pudding and coffee. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm traveling in beautiful southeast Utah.
We visited at the beginning of December to find that it was one of the only places in Bluff still open. Most are closed for the season. Our cabin was cosy with a comfortable bed, enormous television and shower room. Sadly we could not try Dukes restaurant because it was closed for the season, but we enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi and gym. The staff were friendly and helpful and it is useful to have an on-site laundry. Absolutely worth considering!
The Desert Rose was perfect. After a long day at Arches and driving to southern UT to get closer to AZ, this was the perfect place to stop. Comfy, quiet (in November), clean and beautiful!
I highly recommend this hotel. I made an unplanned, last-minute stop here and was pleasantly surprised. Very cozy, clean, fresh, and comfortable rooms. Great bed, lots of amenities. The breakfast in the morning was well run and tasty. Kudos to the team running this place.
Your hotel was one of the most beautiful and magical places I've ever been! It will always be in my heart and mind. We found you by chance on our honeymoon. The evening in the village and the trip on horses into the valley were also incredibly amazing. The whole stay was like directly out of a romantic movie!
Liked this place a lot, but be warned, Duke's restaurant does not serve booze! After a long day driving and staying at Desert Rose, Went to Dukes restaurant and I was informed that they did not have enough servers to let the two of us have a seat. After 20 minutes, we were able to get to a table. Be warned there is no bar here! Very lovely place, but will not be back.
Although when we booked it, it says providing internet service. But when we arrived, they told us it was broken! and we asked when they can fix it and they told us not going to fixed during our stay!! That is not responsible! We stayed at Executive Cabin. The room is dark (the lights are very dim) and smells moldy! You can see the wood in the bathroom are rotten. Breakfast has no meat. Not worthy the cost.

HIDDEN GEM!! The people are so nice, they were closing but because there was nothing else open when we arrived around 8pm they agreed to serve us some dinner! We each had a salad and they were both AMAZING! A must stop if youâre in the area!
Great find in the small town of Bluff, UT during our road trip through. Ended up having Thanksgiving dinner here. The smoked turkey was sold out, but we thoroughly enjoyed delicious authentic barbecue brisket with sides of stuffing, mac nâ cheese w
Recapture Lodge is a very nice inn. Made a reservation on the phone while travelling on my motorcycle, and Jim told me that the room would be open, and the key was in the room. The room was great and very quiet and peaceful, the bed was comfy. Great
Enjoyed our one night stay on our way through Utah. Staff was very friendly with booking and making sure we were settled in once we arrived. We enjoyed having a private restroom with showers since we travel in a camper van. The restrooms were als
I love visiting these ancient sites and looking at the Petroglyphs. This one was fairly easy to find. It is sad, though, that modern men have to try and leave their own messages over these Petroglyphs.
