Location is great. It’s right across Disneyland. If you need to sleep, then don’t stay here. The refrigerator runs all night, the AC units make noise from other rooms that can be heard in your room. When people shower or use the bathroom, you could hear all the pipes running in your room. There is no peace and quiet at all in this hotel. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone all night long along with all the appliances and machinery running. Waste of money. No sleep.
The newly remodeled rooms are nice, modern, and clean! The owners did an excellent job remodeling this hotel! The man at the front desk was not rude like the other hotels in the area. With their remodel, clean rooms, convenient location, and nice staff, this hotel is the top choice of hotels in this area! Thanks for accommodating us!
the staff weren't warm and friendly. the room didn't have a floor mat for when you get out of the shower. your wet feet steps on tile....an accident waiting to happen. they give you only 2 towels.
I absolutely love this place it's small but I love everyday of it the owners are great . Well the husband is a very nice person and good man. Now his wife is very mean and rude .
The room was descent but the refrigerator didn't work. I liked the price of the room $52.99 plus tax which equalled $60 total but the second night they charged us $70. I didn't like that. Cuz it was only a Wednesday. I would pay again to stay there.
I got there like midnight and when we got off the car 2 guys came out of the room to check us out . I was a little scared at that point.
Restroom was a little dirty and attendant were a little rude . Stated 2 nights. We will be staying somewhere else next time.
They charged me $5 more than their normal rate, insisting I had three people when in fact I have only two people and I told them that repeatedly. I asked for a microwave and a fridge, they had neither. The room was small and cramped and $60 for one night. None of the plugs in the room work, so no way to charge my laptop, or charge my telephone... that's kind of a pain. I have to unplug the television and then I can't sit on the bed comfortably because the cord won't reach. They only ever provide you with one very thin towel which isn't really adequate for showering. The only good point is that they have decent internet. In the past I would've given them three stars for okay, but this time I am very unhappy with a room with no plugs in it, and no microwave, and no fridge for the price!! There are too many other hotels along sixth to choose from, if this is the type of treatment and the quality of room they are going to give me, then I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future...
Room was very nice and clean. For the price it can not be beat, the AC worked amazing and the fridge kept all our food nice and cold usually most place dont have good refrigerator for travelers to keep it from spoiling was impressed with my stay here. Front desk worker came off a bit rude with attitude but overall minus a person bad attitude I feel this place was well worth it.
