Desert Hills Motel - Featured Reviews (411)
I thought this would be a cool, historic Route 66 motel to stay in. Our first room reeked of smoke and the fridge and microwave didn’t work. We asked and were switched with ease to one of the Route 66 themed rooms, which was slightly nicer than the first. So - why not just put us in a nicer room to start? Also - no coffee option. We had to drive to the diner down the street.
A wonderfully restored 1950s era styled motor hotel! Friendly people comfortable beds clean quiet experience I recommend it for sure!
I had an amazing time staying at desert hills. It’s a historic motel that transports you back to a better time. 10/10 would visit again.
I've been in hotels that have mice, roaches, even bedbugs. But ladies and gentlemen, don't worry because this one has none of the above. What it does have on the other , HEAD LICE. And a no refund policy that they strictly follow. Highly advised anywhere else!
Great hotel and staff. I recently stayed for three nights, and the room was clean, and had great vintage atmosphere. I’m a sucker for the “mother road” of Route 66, and couldn’t resist the charm of this place. It did not disappoint. The area was quiet, and I felt safe. Although not a negative, it is an old hotel that the owners are doing a great job at keeping up with, but don’t expect a Hilton.
I'm traveling Route 66 with a friend and almost didn't stay here because of the bad reviews, but I'm glad I did. The sign is classic, the owners nice, and the room was fine. It could use a coat of paint and a deep clean in the corners, but the tile in the bathroom was gorgeous, and there was a fridge! It was also quiet at night.||The area felt perfectly safe for two single women. It was a little industrial, which isn't uncommon in the old Route 66 motels. Bonus: it's just down the road from two Route 66 staples: Ike's Chili and Tally's.||A bunch of other people traveling Route 66 got out their guitars, and we had a sing-along at night. It was a great time!
This was one of the classic Route 66 hotels where we stayed on our trip. We had a great experience. The room was decorated in a classic style. The tile work in the bathroom was well done. Everything was very clean. The front desk was helpful and check-in was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay.
I stayed one night here and everything was excellent. There were some vintage items in the rooms (even a working rotary telephone) and it was well placed to shopping and dining by car just a few minutes away. I love the decor, the staff, and the general ambiance of the place. Can’t wait to return!
Josh is the best. A true student of his craft he implements knowledge and expertise to get the best possible results for athletes. And he is pushes them to always go above and beyond. I definitely recommend Next Level, especially for young athletes
I had a really lovely experience at Yoga Room. I normally practice yoga at home, but was invited by a friend to attend a class that specializes in breathing and sound stimulation. And how that can help achieve stress reduction. Iâm a really huge fa

Lauren and her team at pure barre were AMAZING! They were asking which sign language is for which workout and that made my heart and experience so happy and motivated to come workout more! Thank you so much for tucking and squeezing away with me! â¤
