We initially obtained IT services from deRenzy because the company we were with had to shut down when the owner suddenly passed away. We knew only a little about them, but had gotten some good feedback, so we decided to give them a shot. Every single person that I have interacted with at deRenzy is absolutely fantastic. From the Sales Director John, to the IT technicians, their service is top notch. Their staff is exceedingly knowledgeable, professional, reliable, prompt and everyone has a great personality. They do not strong arm you with sales tactics or any b.s. They determine your needs and help tailor make a plan to give you the products and services best suited for your organization. We have been so impressed and satisfied with their services, that we literally just today decided to use them for our copier needs as well. deRenzy doesn't make false promises and they stand on their word with integrity and professionalism. Richard, Seton, John and Joe are absolutely fantastic. We have been using DeRenzy for years and have never had a complaint. When they added IT to their available services we gave them a shot. I had horrible experiences with several other IT firms. Well once again DeRenzy shines bright. We have used them to upgrade all our computers at multiple locations and all was successful. If you have an issue with a printer they are there the next day and it's fixed. Every, I mean every, employee is pleasant to deal with and always has a smile. Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Their team came to our office regarding our copier, they notice our dated phone system and computers and over the past couple of months we have successfully updated both.
