I enjoyed my stay here. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. The front desk clerk Celeste was so helpful. She helped us with places to see and go, and always very polite. Kristin was also very helpful with making our stay comfortable. Thanks ladies! Hope to see you both again next trip!

Stayed for one night, wasn’t even worth the 70 bucks. Got into the room around 9:30, we were tired so we just went to bed. About an hour in, there’s a loud “knock” at the door, it was more of a pound, and some guy in his 20’s asked if someone who we didn’t know was there. And after that I saw at least 3 different bugs, all the size of a quarter. And the bathtub had black mold completely outlining it. The staff was nice but not worth it when it comes to the room.

This place was pretty good and affordable until the owners got a New management company to run it and they are scum balls. There is mad drama here with people knocking on your door at all hours and bums passed out in the stair wells. It's a serious dump and the new management is evil from Hell. I hope it gets shutdown and turned into a rubble pile.

Great visit. The desk clerk was amazing and was able to get us a room for 2 nights when every other hotel was booked. She gave persize direction's and had everything ready when we arrived. Maid service was good and she was friendly. Will definitely stay again

I patronize this establishment on a regular basis and that's only because I get off work late and they allow you to check-in at 5 a.m. I fairly enjoyed this place until I ran into the very shrewd and rude gay Asian lady, not the short one, but the semi-taller one. Her attitude needs an adjustment. She always has something negative to me. Attempts to over talk me, tries to blame me for things that's her staff's fault as if I'm coming behind the register and checking myself in. She seems like a very lowly and bitter person. I work a full-time job and I pay my way. She needs tos recognize a paying customer when she sees one.

Was being respectful and tried to accomodate with the manager the day I was told I couldn't extend because I was late to extend the room...when I had told the lady I needed a little time the day before for my funds to hit and that she could charge the late fees if needed. Was wanting to get the whole week rent in...very pourly managed, by one lady at least...

This place gets all around 1 star because the customer service of this establishment is the most abysmal and rude I've ever experienced using any kind of motel service. God forbid you are on a trip and you have multiple people with you. If you don't disclose your entire party, unprompted, and because of this you are unaware that they are spying on you, they will, without notice of a knock or anything, enter your room (in my case while I was asleep), and proceed to pull open your blinds and start cleaning. And in similar fashion to their previously applied methods of nondisclosure i took this as them wanting my group to leave. They pretend to not speak or understand English durring any encounter they see fit.

Improved since my last stay from my experience so far. Grateful for my refund on a smoking charge from my last stay upon inspection by management. I am solo now and no longer smoke cigarettes so it was deserved. I am happy with the past week here and hope to successfully extend my stay. Staff are friendly and professional in customer service. I have not seen any bugs in my room. It's been peaceful and well patrolled by local police. I feel safe and comfortable here. Keep up the good work! It is very much appreciated!
